So, my old coat lost a button

So, my old coat lost a button. The fabric's thick, no one'll fix it. After a while, I found out it's got a Lifetime Warranty. I filled out forms on Filson's site, followed their steps and, boom, fixed coat. They sewed the button and fixed another one, also put new wax. Took about a month to get it back. They did what they said. Got it today, excited to wear it. Good work Filson!

I can’t believe I waited so long to get a Filson

I can’t believe I waited so long to get a Filson tin cloth short lined cruiser. Totally worth the money. Used the sizing guide, got a large, and it fits just right (I’m 6’0”, 205. Usually wear XL). The quality is great. It’s even better than I imagined! The price was high, but I’m sure this jacket will last me for a long time!

Fi1son is a nightmare.

Fi1son is a nightmare. 1st order went back, wrong size. Tried calling for weeks, told nobody there to help. Got refund from credit card. 2nd time tried, took my money but no shipment. Been calling for 2 weeks, no help. Worst company ever. Chinese counterfeiters do better. Should have known after last year. Looks like another fraud case against Fi1son.

I recently found Filson and I’m a big fan of well-made American work wear. I bought a flannel shirt. It’s quite expensive! Just like many others here, Filson doesn’t allow returns or exchanges. When you call their customer service, you get an automated message saying they’re too busy to help. I will never shop at Filson again.

Had trouble getting the life-time warranty on a jacket. After many calls, emails, and a visit to a Filson store where I talked to the manager, the problem got fixed. They are not good to deal with and try to push customers around when returns are needed. Keep pushing and if needed, challenge the purchase with your credit card. Avoid paying with cash or debit card at Filson, as you might not get any help.

Filson's founders would be rolling in their graves. The store, once known for quality, now feels like an expensive, trendy spot. It's fine for trendy clothes, but posing as an outdoors store doesn't work. And the salespeople? They try to be helpful but end up looking silly.
