I tried to give 5 stars because Jennifer Ariadna is very professional and a real asset to your company. It is rare to meet someone so patient, and after 40 years in the Hotel/Club world, I know professionalism when I see it. Jennifer was 100% in every way while staying very polite and respectful in all her duties. It was so nice to deal with her and hear constant please and thank you. That is so rare now and means a lot to an old guy like me. I can't share enough good stories about how skilled she is at her work, and if I weren't retired, I'd hire her as maitre d'hotel. We are not family, this review is just about her work ethic. What a delight!! Thanks for a lovely evening Jennifer Ariadna.
