Navigating trip choices was made easier with the help of very supportive agents. After booking a late August trip, we received notice of its cancellation. However, the rebooking process proved to be painless, showcasing the team's flexibility and accommodation. Their excellent service and seamless handling of changes turned what could have been a hassle into a positive customer experience.

Surprisingly, I hadn't received these forms until my follow-up call. There was confusion about the payment status; I settled it in Nov., but they mentioned waiting for a money transfer without specifying the source. Uncertain if the promised rebooking discount was applied. While the customer service was pleasant, the need for confirmation and unclear payment details made the rebooking process less straightforward than expected.
