This company is really great! They

This company is really great! They made our first time in Rome super awesome and completely without stress! We used their services for airport rides and lots of different tours during the 10 days we stayed there, and it was really easy to work with them from start to end. Erika was the one who arranged everything, and her service was really good. I was really impressed with how much attention to detail she had and how quickly she responded to us. We even had a special last-minute request to add a custom ride, which was really important for our trip, and she made it work. We booked a bunch of different rides and tours with drivers, so we had 5 different drivers in total, and they were all great. They were really professional and provided great service, and they all made us feel comfortable and safe. We also did 3 different private walking tours, and each guide was really smart and interesting, which made the experience more personal. Thanks, Drivers In Rome, for being so awesome and making my first trip abroad so memorable!

Our driver Alex was really knowledgeable and highlighted various historical, agricultural, and cultural sites on our trip from Rome to Saturnia. The thermal spas were a great way to relax after exploring Rome. Although we were informed that the first week of August is not the typical time to visit these spas, the water temperature was ideal. I asked the customer service team about including a winery stop, but they mentioned it was not feasible. It would have been a lovely extra to unwind at a winery or enjoy an olive oil tasting.

Our driver/guide was the best

Our driver/guide was the best – friendly, pleasant, and total pro. He dished out all sorts of handy info about the towns and even gave us the lowdown on Pompeii. Plus, he nailed it with the late lunch call, taking us to this sweet pizza joint near Pompeii. And the grand finale? We made it back to our cruise port just in the nick of time for our 5:30pm departure. Now that's what I call a tour done right!
