    Having contacted this company and being careful with who I trust, I decided to reach out for help with my broken cooker. The engineer came within 5 days, checked everything and told me which parts were needed. Another visit was scheduled, but five days later the engineer was cancelled because some parts were missing. Also the ignition system was disconnected from the gas (not a fault) and with my spouse being visually impaired this worried me. The company suggested using a match or lighter. This felt unsafe. Singed hairs on fingers is not nice. We chose to use the cooker top until the repair was done. I emailed them and they set up a follow up when the parts arrived. The engineer came, fitted all the parts, tested the cooker and signed it off as safe. £104.00 call out to see and check the faults. £207.00 for the parts. One fan motor, element and light unit. No extra charge for installing everything in 45 mins including testing. Very friendly engineer, office communication was clear and updates on chat were useful. A good service for first time using them. Highly recomend on guaranteed work and fair prices. Thank you
