    I had this little hiccup with not getting clickable link emails, and Sofia V. jumped right in to save the day. She was super polite and knew exactly what she was doing, which was such a relief. It felt like she genuinely cared about sorting everything out, and she explained things in a way that was easy to get. I never felt rushed, and she was patient with all my questions.
