ComputerCity's shipping was impressively fast. Unfortunately, I couldn't use the product on my Windows 7 computer, which was disappointing. However, I've decided to keep it since I often repair computers for others. Despite my personal compatibility issue, I believe it's a quality product that will come in handy for future repair jobs.

This company's online service and customer support are awful. They don't take responsability or respond at all. It's been 9 days and I still haven't gotten my money back. Be cautious using them; consider using PayPal for better refund options.

Fake website. I ordered a gaming mouse and keyboard but ended up getting a used hard drive and power brick. Sites like this should not be allowed to stay up.
