Well, picture this: I decide to opt out of the INK club and insert the cartridge they provided. Surprise, surprise! Suddenly, I'm informed that the cartridge I supposedly purchased is responsible for a virus. Strange, considering I never bought one. Next thing I know, I'm slapped with a $299.99 charge to rectify the alleged damage to my network. The timing seems a bit too convenient. Despite my primary focus on scanning and emailing, the experience with this company and HP leaves much to be desired.

I had trouble with both my laptop and PC, and the technician who assisted me was excellent. He understood exactly what needed to be done and fixed everything perfectly! Sometimes I had trouble understanding him, but giving him control of my computer made things much smoother. He worked 10 times quicker this way than by just instructing me. Again, I would definitely recommend this company!!

Jeff stayed calm and kind, told me how to put the cartridge in the right way, and showed what he changed with the new files. He talked about how to work with it later on too. He didn't get mad (really chill) even when I asked the same things again and again to get it clear. He also said to get the pink cartrige since the old one didn’t go in right.
