I had a problem with getting paid through my chosen method, which was my fault, but they quickly fixed it and made sure I got paid about an hour later. Their focus on customer care was clear. Worst Experience Ever with an Online Business

Back in September of 2023, I sent them a brand new phone from Samsung under their trade-in program. This was obviously a mistake because Samsung had not yet honored my trade-in device. They called Samsung and sure enough Samsung confirmed this. I admitted my mistake and declined their offer of $490 for a phone that was worth $1800. Whomever was emailing me, began giving me grief over the fact that I asked for them to send it back to me, which I found to be unprofessional and obnoxious. I tried calling the phone number to the website so that I could speak to a supervisor, but the phone number on their website does not work. After several back and forth emails, they agreed to send it and provided tracking. I had a bad feeling after that email interaction, so I contacted the Better Business Bureau and I am glad that I did because if I had not, I would not have discovered that this business had reported my phone as stolen. I am not sure if it was on purpose as an act of vindictiveness, maliciousness because they were upset that I declined their extremely low offer and asked for it back. Or perhaps it was done so that they would have an excuse to make me such a low offer. Whether it was on purpose or on accident, it was a huge inconvenience because the phone became blacklisted and I had to return the phone back to Samsung. They were VERY lucky that Samsung returned my money and trade-in. They deny doing it, but they did it. They also reported it as found 2 weeks later. I hope that nobody else has to go through this.

Despite requesting proof of the offer update, I received no response. This company's actions left me extremely disappointed, as they recycled a device I could have easily sold on eBay.
