The custmer servise is always impekable. The urn got here safe and on time. The only thing that was not perfect was the engraving being a bit slanted, which was too bad, but overall I still recmend Oaktree.

Bleecker Urn - not quite as described
Bleecker Urn - not quite as described on the website. When I contacted customer service, they confessed they recently changed their packaging and haven't updated their site. They also didn't include a bag with the urn as promised. I wish they were more honest with families in mourning.

We spent quite a bit
We spent quite a bit of time debating and finally chose the Wesley urn in rosemary marble. It was a tough decision, but the look and the silver engraving sold us. When it arrived, it was perfect—so beautifully crafted. There was a hiccup with the shipping, but they sorted it out fast and without any hassle. This company really knows how to deliver quality and service. We're so grateful.
