This is our 2nd Trueharness. We got our first one before a trip to Alaska. We needed something to spot her quickly if we got split up. Trueharness has been great. The harness keeps her in check.

If I could rate lower, I would. Bought the harness in July. My first buy was great. The second one was a total mess. After a month, I got the harness with the wrong name and a wrong product. I emailed them about it, and after days, they asked for pictures of the product and the shipping label, which I sent right away. They apologized and promised the right product. After another month, I got another wrong item. I contacted them again, sent more pictures and labels. They gave me a $4 refund on a $40 order. Their excuses were weak. Even though the product is fine, I won't buy from them again. Their customer service is terrible, and it’s now November, still waiting.

Took way too long to get the harness after ordering it

Took way too long to get the harness after ordering it. Waited 2 weeks for vacation. Got to crunch time, no customer service!! Some AI named Katie. Ordered a knockoff from Amazon for less money and it’s been fine!! AI Customer Service kept me waiting for over 90 days and won’t take the Harness back in an unopened package. DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! CHECK THEIR BBB TRACK RECORD.

I would advise against purchasing from this company.

I would advise against purchasing from this company. After paying for shipping updates, I received a confirmation number that the Postal Service couldn't verify. I've reached out to my credit card company for a refund, and I’ve also filed a complaint with the Postal Service due to the invalid tracking number. This whole experience has been really dissapointing.

This harness is not like the pictures at all.

This harness is not like the pictures at all. I got one, and it feels like it's made from paper. It’s so stiff it won’t even wrap around my dog. No real markings on it, and I bet it’s from China. Also, they lie about shipping—it says 4-5 days, but I had to wait 24! Don't buy this. It's garbage and definetly not worth $40.

I placed an order more than 3 weeks ago and I'm still waiting with no progress at all! All they give are vague answers saying they're working on it. Why can't they provide a contact number?
