I’ve been buying from Natural Pet Warehouse for a while now, and I will keep coming back. Their customer service is simply amazing, the best I’ve had. Replies to emails are fast, and the owners really care, taking the time to make sure you’re happy, even offering a refund if needed. Plus, they always add a nice "human" treat in each order, which I love. It feels great to support this small family-run business.

The feline gut sooth has been a real help for my cat. He’s had stomach issues and wet food often gave him diarrhea, but now his stool is solid. I’m so glad I tried this because the probiotics from the vet and the prescription food they gave me didn’t work at all. This started making a difference in just a few days.

I ordered from this company while we were in Hawai'i because we couldn't find these amazing brands around here. Really happy they shipped to Hawai'i with reasonable prices! Now we continue to use them on the mainland. Just a good company with great pet food for both cats and dogs.
