I’ve never felt more confident leaving my dog

I’ve never felt more confident leaving my dog at a kennel than with Pet Paradise! On the last day of our dog’s stay, we decided to watch the live camera feed, and by chance, he was out having his one-on-one playtime. There were more than 4 staff members with him, one of them even in the pool, showering him with affection and giving him their full attention. Watching this really put my mind at ease knowing my dog was well cared for and enjoying himself.

I took my Jack Russell cross Miniature Fox Terrier for a wash and some pampering. Nails, ears, glands, and a bath with blow dry. The women there were very kind and great with my dog. He came home looking great and smelling fresh!

This Hidden Paradise pet resort is a terrible place for your fur baby. Curtis, the man in charge, has been caught on video mishandling a German shepherd. He yanks the poor dog by its collar and even kicks it when it's halfway in the kennel. This man is cruel and should not be allowed near animals. There's a disturbing video of the incident on FB. Please don’t let him harm your pet. The authorities have been alerted, and the incident is being shared in the media.

I've been a customer for nearly a year

I've been a customer for nearly a year, mainly because I have no other choice. The staff is polite, but it seems like they decide what services are offered based on some unclear criteria. I've only been able to get boarding services because their team is either fully booked, understaffed, unavailable, or just not working, no matter when I visit. I would recommend avoiding this place if your pet isn't a high-maintenance breed or if you need anything specific for your pet.

Not Happy

The Pet Paradise in my area is one of the most poorly run facilities around and don't have a clue as to how you run a dog center. they just hang out with them and when it comes to control and a dog needs to be discipline to keep from becoming injured and damaging property they want intervene. Dog Owners Be Ware! they don't have a good track record from looking at all the different locations with poor grades from the B.B.B.
