Never Received My Order with Celery Pets

I ordered 3 items and used my PayPal Credit. I contacted the seller to make a report that I NEVER received my order. I opened a claim. I ordered items on Feb 20, 2025. I contacted them 3 times via email. Their response was that items was delivered on Mar 3rd. This is a scam. Order is from China and the phone number is a non-working number. The Tracking Number is not a valid number. I lost out on $50. Don't order from CeleryPets. It's a SCAM.

This company is the worst, they said it was out for delivery but then claimed no reply and card left, none of that happened. Don’t shop with them!

I recently got the ball cat toy.

I recently got the ball cat toy. I found the package in front of my mailbox on the street. The box was really damaged, and the toy seems to be too. The return address on the plastic wrap says Hliver Lowry, 3646 S Wolcott Ave, Chicago, IL. 60609. After looking it up, it appears to be connected to a scam update. The tracking info shows it came from China, so I’m not sure why the Chicago address is on there. I’ve already requested a refund by email. Let’s wait and see what happens... My advice is to be careful if you’re thinking about buying from this vendor or through their social media ad.

I bought a palm rubber brush for my 8 cats. You fill the top, and when charged, it sprays a mist of water. It works great. They didn’t send a plug, probably because most people have one for their phone. There are a lot of bad reviews here, but I’ve had a good experience. I hope it keeps working, or I will be upset.

My experiance with this company was fine. I got a sleeping mat, scratching post, and some snacks. Everything came like it was said and worked for me. The quality isn’t amazing, but it did the job. After seeing some other reviews, I’m not sure if I’ll buy from them again, but I didn’t have problms myself.

I bought the "YoPoll Antarcking Wrestler" toy but got concerned after a week and a half with no shipping updates. I later found on Trustpilot that Celery Pets was selling a fake version of the "Catsumo" and using the creator's social media videos without permission. So, I asked for a refund, unsure if I'd actually get my money back. However, Sophier responded quickly to my email, and my refund showed up in my bank account today, within the 3 business days they said it would take.

I ordered the flopping lobster back in February 2025 and still havent got it. Tried messaging twice using PayPal, but no reply came. PayPal isn’t doing much either. It was just over \$25 so no reason for extra charges and it was placed before any tariff stuff. Looks like PayPal dosen’t wanna deal with it 🙁

Stay away!

Stay away! I ordered six mustter dogs for Christmas and they never showed up. It seemed too good to be true and I lost over $100 and six presents. Didn’t get any reply to my emails and was told to check stock before buying, but that didn’t help. Definitely best to stay clear of this company.

Got the chair I ordered, but no guide came with it to help build it. Many bits and pieces to figgure out. Tried messaging Celerypets two times, no answer yet. Bad way to help customers. Don’t waste your money on their stuff. I might just toss the chair parts away.

They installed my backsplash and even did the grout work, now my kitchen and bathroom feel very warm and welcoming. I’m happy with how it turned out, it adds a nice touch to both spaces.

DO NOT ORDER THEY NEVER SEND ANYTHING AND JUST REPLY WITH AUTOMATIC MESSAGES WITHOUT LOOKING AT ANY QUESTIONS!!!! 12 days after I paid! and still no package!!!!

Disappointing

I ordered 2 Ocean Breeze Splashland-2 different sizes. The order came but was missing one of the items. I tried contracting hem many times via their email address and got the same exact response about it taking up to 10 days to deliver and check the tracking number. I don't know if an actual human responses or if they have an automated set up that just send the same response no matter the issue. If it's a human they clearly aren't smart enough to response to customers issues. I finally contacted the credit card company to dispute the charge of the item I didn't receive. Maybe the credit card company will have better luck dealing with this company. I really want the item so they can either put the missing item in the mail or get my money back

SCAM!!!

We waited a month for the toy we ordered. It arrived broken. I reached out to customer service and they responded as a completely different company offering me a partial refund. I told them this was not acceptable but they never replied. For a company selling pet toys, it is unbelievable what they do. The toy I ordered was a mechanical ball. It’s useless to us because it’s too heavy to roll on its own when it’s not working. It was upsetting seeing my cat staring at it, then looking at me in confusion. Not to mention the money wasted and the long wait. Shame on Celery Petts.

I bought 2 cat toys from Celery Pets on May 13, 2025. Now it's June 3, 2025 and still no package. Tracking says it’s been sitting at JFK Airport, not moving at all. I emailed them but got no answe to my question about the delay. Nothing back yet. They post ads on Facebook & Instagram but don’t say anywhere that the stuff is coming from China. That should really be clear before buying. I plan to stop my order and let my Credit Card Company get my money back. Just a warning to others. It’s really annoying how these kinds of bussinesses can show up on social media.

I sent a few emails but just got auto replies saying sorry, with no info on shipping or when I’ll get it. I reported it to my bank to try and get a refund. They are checking into it. I didn’t relize the seller was based in China. There’s no US phone number to call. Later, I saw a bunch of reviews saying stuff never came or broke really fast. Buyers be careful!

The mailman came later and told me the package was stopped because of FAKE postage! He said if I wanted to keep it, I had to pay $8.50 for postage or refuse it. I already paid for shipping when I bought it, so I’m not paying again!! I refused the package! Now they don’t answer my emails and their phone is disconnected! Good thing I used PayPal!

Celery pet plastic junk

Cat brush : Paid nearly £20 for a brush advertised on facebook. Took six weeks to arrive from China !! and is broken rubbish. Nothing like advert and cannot be used as planned due to broken water area It is now advertised on amazon for £5 So i was truly conned. It’s aPO address for return in reading UK. Another lie !! But no paperwork to return it. This advert should be banned and money returned.

I came across Celery Pets on Facebook. I bought a steam brush for my cats after seeing the ad. Don't make the same mistake I did and buy this product. It's really small, weak, and doesn't heat the water like it shows in the ad. This thing probably cost less than a dollar to make. Really disapointed.

Trying to contact this company. No response. Ordered the cat comb and a drink fountain. They take your money but do not deliver. Advise stay well clear of this company. Probably an online scam. Learnt my lesson now. Buy straight from a reputable shop yourself.

I bought the Speedy Tail and to charge it, you need to move the bridge (connected to the sides) to find the USB-C port. But after using it twice, it snapped without much pressure.. Plus, the ball, even at its lowest speed, moves way too jerky.

Watch out for this company. It’s a SCAM and they’ll send you faulty products. When you complain, they respond but then vanish without a word. 20€ here, 20€ there, and they make a lot of cash by being dishonest.
