Package delivery problem

I spoke w/Anna about a product we ordered that was not delivered by the delivery company. We made contact w/the delivery company and they said it was not their problem because they delivered the package. We didn't receive the package at all. Anna was very helpful in helping us with our problem. She said they were sending out a new package today with our product and free of charge. Anna provided great customer service. My wife and I love Eden Fantasy products.

My package got sent back to the sender because of some address glitch. I mean, I've used the same address before, so why the hiccup now? But shoutout to Carmen – she was on it, called me up lightning-fast, and offered options to get that package back on track. Big thanks for the top-notch customer service! I’ve gotten lots of stuff from EF! Some worked well for me, some not so much…but they ALWAYS try their best to help, whether it’s giving tips or helping with a return. Just got this thing called the “Fantasy Bloom” red rose panty vibe and it’s honestly THE BEST THING EVER!!! I can be hard to please and this little beauty does things I didn’t even think were real!!! I believe this is the second time that Anna took my order. She is very helpful and very kind and has an amazing voice. As a new customer, I had a problem with my phone having my old address. Hailey promptly assisted in fixing it, saving me from a 2-hour round trip to collect my order. I’m pleased and relieved that the delivery is set for a week from now, right in time for my wedding anniversary as well.
