Best shop for the sensitive product

I was please with my first experience of buying toys from EdenFantasys. When my order needed some change I called the service and they corrected it immediately plus suggested a missing item which they gifted me free because it was my first purchase. Nice.

I was having trouble finding my conformation on my order! Anna found the problem and fixed it immediately with one of the best attitudes I have seen ! I myself work in customer service and it’s so refreshing to see someone who likes their job ❤️❤️

I contacted the company because a product we bought stopped functioning. They were polite and quick to respond. After asking a few questions and requesting some pictures, they decided to send a replacement. Very happy with the service.

This year has been particularly weird and so I didn't realize initially with my purchase that I didnt get a charging cord. Anna helped me through chat and was wonderful, so helpful. The toys I got were great.

My order was not delivered on time as promised. I spoke with Sydney and was promptly issued a refund for my shipping which I chose for a store credit... thank you very much.

Helpful customer service

My item did not charge after it had no charge. I conracted Eden and Anna was able to help me determine it was defective and sent out a replacement. I will shop here again!
