Company needs yo be shut down

If you sign up for their trial medication, which is $149 and then try to cancel the people you speak to on the phone give you the third degree for trying to cancel and basically don’t cancel your membership per the agreement and you are charged $399 within a few days of you trying to cancel, and they’ll pretend it’s your fault you didn’t cancel in time and then refuse to give you back your money. This is a scam a scam a scam.

I've had a tough week with my daughter in the hospital

I've had a tough week with my daughter in the hospital and then my credit card company locked my card due to suspected fraud 3 times (which was okay the first time, but then it became annoying). Because of that, my payment didn't go through, and since I was at the hospital, I missed the email. AIMEE B reached out to me by text, and with little effort, I was able to fix everything and get the billing done right. She was so nice and supportive. It was very smooth, and I'm pretty picky. Like I said to her, I am really happy with this level of customer service.

I started SkinnyRx in 2024 because menopause and genetics had caused me to gain weight I couldn't shake off with exercise. I really tried, believe me. For years, I put in the effort in many different ways. The medication arrived fast and was packed well. After about nine months, I managed to lose the stubborn weight and wanted to switch to a maintenance dose. Today, Aimee B. helped me get everything set up so I can stay in touch with someone to sort out the maintenance dose and avoid any breaks in medication. She made it simple and quick!

My time with the company has been great since I’ve been able to meet my weight goals. The person I’ve worked with is so nice that I only want to work with her. She always makes sure to contact me each month since I don’t use the same payment method every time, checking in to see that everything is going well. Aimee B is, in my opinion, a valuable part of the team. She knows a lot and is always professional. I prefer to only talk to her. She’s a real asset.

My experience has been good. Customer service is very responsive. They process my payment on time and send out my medicine quickly. I mentioned that I had to travel and hoped to get my package before I left. They shipped it right away, and I got it the next day. This company is reliable and cares about its customers. Over the past few months, everything has gone smoothly. I am pleased with my choice of this company. They have been great!

I’ve had a good time with this company. They have done a good job of staying in touch with me and teaching me about the product and also healthy living and eating ideas. I lost over ten pounds in around six weeks. I combined the semiglutide with healthier eating and signed up at a gym. I’m really happy with the results. The side effects for me haven’t been that bad, a little nausea but nothing unbareable. It works!
