I can see they are trying to help me stay healthy

I can see they are trying to help me stay healthy, but I'm not a fan. I followed the instructions and did all the steps to fix things. The scale weight won't sync with the app. It doesn’t recognize whole wheat bread. There's no way to enter weight manually. The coaching is slow, and it should be quicker and easier. I ended up deleting the app since I emailed about the problems and never got a reply. I feel bad for wasting the money my plan spent on this.

The service is disappointing, doesn’t work as expected

The service is disappointing, doesn’t work as expected, and fails to capture the activity tracker data despite permissions being granted. The bot is not helpful, with unclear communication and responses that don’t lead to anything useful. There’s no real support for diet or health management—it’s basically a waste of time. If the promised ’free’ scale ever arrives, I’ll be shocked. I can’t understand how insurance companies fund such a poor service.

    I started off liking it.

I started off liking it. The food tracking is decent and the coach bot was helpful in the beginning, just because it made me think twice about what I was eating. I like that I can track my weight every day in the app and see it decrease over time. It’s also nice that I can save notes, so I used that to track my measurements. However, the coach became annoying, so I stopped paying attention once I got into my routine. The scale still works, but the weight readings aren’t always accurate. The app only keeps a month’s worth of data, including notes. I’ve been using it for almost 5 months now, and I’d like to see my overall progress. Another thing that bothers me is that they promise a Fitbit, but I only got the scale. Apparently, you get the Fitbit if your insurance approves it, but many don’t. That’s not a big deal for me since I prefer my Samsung watch, but the app doesn’t connect with it. I have to add my activity manually, which is a hassle, especially since it doesn’t track it properly even when I enter it. It connected with my health app in the beginning, but after a week, it stopped syncing, so my water intake, steps, and manually entered weights are no longer saved. Overall, if you're just starting, it’s fine, but for long-term use, there are other, better and free options, and you can buy a $40 scale on Amazon that offers much more than this one.

    The "coach" is quite irritating.

The "coach" is quite irritating. It doesn't allow you to express your real thoughts, only offering set responses. When I log walking, it records it as running instead. The calorie count is way off, and the scale weight shows 4 lbs more than what my doctor and home scale say. I interact with it while lying in bed at midnight, and it complains that I haven’t been active. Well, I’m in bed! I don’t really like the forced responses I have to give. Why can’t I ask questions or share my true thoughts? Deleting a wrong entry is almost impossible. I hope it improves. I was excited to try it.

I recently signed up, and so far, it looks like the app is incomplete.

I recently signed up, and so far, it looks like the app is incomplete. *The meal logging feature isn't working well (the auto system is often incorrect, and there's no option to fix the details). I'll hold off on finalizing my opinion until I test the scale and Fitbit integration; but right now, I'm not feeling very confident in this system.
