I started off liking it.
I started off liking it. The food tracking is decent and the coach bot was helpful in the beginning, just because it made me think twice about what I was eating. I like that I can track my weight every day in the app and see it decrease over time. It’s also nice that I can save notes, so I used that to track my measurements.
However, the coach became annoying, so I stopped paying attention once I got into my routine. The scale still works, but the weight readings aren’t always accurate. The app only keeps a month’s worth of data, including notes. I’ve been using it for almost 5 months now, and I’d like to see my overall progress. Another thing that bothers me is that they promise a Fitbit, but I only got the scale. Apparently, you get the Fitbit if your insurance approves it, but many don’t. That’s not a big deal for me since I prefer my Samsung watch, but the app doesn’t connect with it. I have to add my activity manually, which is a hassle, especially since it doesn’t track it properly even when I enter it. It connected with my health app in the beginning, but after a week, it stopped syncing, so my water intake, steps, and manually entered weights are no longer saved. Overall, if you're just starting, it’s fine, but for long-term use, there are other, better and free options, and you can buy a $40 scale on Amazon that offers much more than this one.
