Overall, I've found this app useful.

Overall, I've found this app useful. Even though I’ve always paid attention to my calorie intake, I’ve gained insight into the role of macronutrients, specifically having about one-third of calories from protein, one-third from fat, and one-third from carbohydrates. The app also helped by showing how many calories I should eat to lose weight and achieve my goals. My only suggestion is to update the supermarket brands to include more items under each brand name and add new popular brands. The same goes for restaurants regarding menu options and so on.

If I could, I’d give no stars at all.

If I could, I’d give no stars at all. This app is careless with the info it shares. There’s tons of articles pushing unhealthy diets, and it makes people feel like they should almost stop eating. The groups are full of users stressing over every small thing, talking bad about themselves, and even saying they want to give up on life. Instead of teaching good eating habits, it seems like people who've been on here for years are telling others to skip meals and follow bad advice. This app really needs to be closed down!

Extremely unreliable…

Extremely unreliable… what’s labeled as verified info simply means someone entered the data… without any actual check. I put in a bunch of fake details as a test and it still called it verified! Plus, the creators of this poor app seem like desperate panhandlers, constantly begging for money and pushing ads every single day. Check out the alarming reviews on the Better Business Bureau (no refunds and hard to cancel) and steer clear of this massive waste of funds.

I’ve been using this app for more than a year

I’ve been using this app for more than a year and dropped 65 pounds. It really helps me enjoy occasional treats while keeping me on course. I appreciate the calorie and macro tracking, plus how it syncs with my fitness watch for accurate counts. Having lost 50 pounds every five years throughout my adult life, I now feel confident in my ability to maintain this weight loss long-term.

Needs improvement.

I initially liked the free app, especially the barcode scanner, but now it requires a paid membership to use. There are also too many annoying ads, which makes the experience frustrating. Needs improvement.
