Ms. Sweeney was very kind and took the time to answer all of my questions. Their prices are really good for my budget, and the trizepetide I ordered arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition. I had to take a break for a few months to manage some other expenses, and Ms. Sweeney kindly put a hold on my order until I’m ready to continue. When I return, I’ll still be able to get the same price. Overall, I’m very satisfied with Shapely and the service they provide!

My experience with this company has been great! From the CEO to my provider, Khandi Sweeney, everyone was helpful and quick to respond. The product delivery was smooth and usually arrived earlier than I thought it would. Khandi was always ready to listen to my concerns and answered all my questions with care. Great experience with weight loss. Ms. Sweeney was supportive, informed, and patient. The cost of the medication was reasonable, and the results were great. I have already suggested them to others beginning their weight loss journey.

I ordered a buy one get one free offer in M size

I ordered a buy one get one free offer in M size, but quickly realized I needed S. I emailed them, and they confirmed the change in size by email. However, after 9 days of waiting, I still got the M size. Contacting customer service, they told me to return them (at my own cost) with no apology, saying I just didn’t like the items. The return process feels long and tricky, with refunds taking up to 14 days. It seems they’re making it harder to return things. I assumed this was a UK company, but the items came from China. Really poor experience!!
