I waz 216 pounds and 5”8 I was severely overweight. I was depressed, anxious all of the time, and even suicidal at times because of my weight and looks. I took GOLO for about 2-3 months and lost 50 pounds! :) I’m so happy that I lost 50 pounds! I’m now 5”10 and 166 pounds and I’m trying to get down to 140! I’m so incredibly satisfied with my GOLO experience! Thank you so much GOLO!!!

I'm really happy with how great my talks are when I chat with the GOLO squad, I'm sticking with them forever! Thankful for all the help and kindness I've gotten during my plan. I signed up on Sept. 07, 2023! Almost at 1 year and 38 pounds lighter than when I started! Thanks GOLO!

I really like this company's product.
I really like this company's product. It helps me control my hunger. I already eat well, so it helps me stay on track when I slip up. I just wish they offered discounts more frequently—I could really use that. P.S. I'm a big fan of their oils and cookbooks too!

I began with Golo in March 2023 and am so grateful for how it's changed my life! I've lost over 60 lbs on their diet. It really works and helps you learn to eat healthier. Plus, the recipes are yummy too.

I think this product is decent.
I only took one Release pill daily before my biggest meal. It did help lessen my hunger throughout the day. However, it caused GI issues right away. I quit using it and the GI problems got better. This makes me quite upset. I liked the product and the results were starting to show. It's disappointing that I won't buy it again because of my GI issues.
