I've always known that my struggle with food
I've always known that my struggle with food wasn't just about the food itself, and no matter how much therapy or journaling I've tried, it never seemed to make a real difference. However, after two weeks of using this program, I've noticed some shifts in my mindset. By the end of the first week, I began feeling more positive about myself and life in general. I've started taking better care of my appearance, dressing better, and even paying more attention to grooming, even for simple outings. I'm also feeling less stressed when it comes to making food choices, like deciding what to eat or when to treat myself. It's more of a gentle desire to take better care of myself, not a sudden craving. It's like I just "want to feel better," and I naturally start making healthier choices. I usually listen after yoga when I feel calm and relaxed, and I really enjoy the instructor's voice—it’s soothing and perfectly paced.
