    The company was okay. I liked the variety of dealers, but it took a while to get what I wanted. Once I found it, I ordered it, but still got more offers after.

    Truecar is just another tool for car shopping.

    Truecar is just another tool for car shopping. I did find my car here, but be careful, some dealers show "True Price" with hidden fees. For instance, they might say here's your True Price, but it includes your trade-in value. No trade-in? Then the True Price changes. How real is the True Price now? Read the fine print "the catch". If you're after a special car like me, check your options. I was drawn to the True Price but didn't get it due to the fine print. I'm happy with my car since it was what I wanted, but the point is the principle. IS THERE A TRUE PRICE? :)

    Company's service is not good.

    Company's service is not good. I got approved, but then they stopped working with True Car. They told me to fly 1600 miles to get the car myself and get another credit check. No help finding another car. Not good.

    If your son in military wants to buy and no one else does, watch out. They might cancel or delay to get more money, or sell to someone else, saying car's gone, despite you having it reserved.

    The company's car price online is $12.000,

    The company's car price online is $12.000, but when we visited, they said it's $22.000. Online listing still shows $12.000. Don't trust this website. Google should shut it down for scamming.
