I'm sharing my disappointment
I'm sharing my disappointment regarding the service provided by one of your salesmen, Ryan Eksteen. As a loyal customer who has bought two cars from your dealership, I anticipated a certain level of professionalism, which unfortunately wasn't met.
In my recent interaction with Mr. Eksteen, he asked me to get a roadworthy certificate for a vehicle purchase, promising reimbursement for the expenses. Despite his assurances and repeated promises of reimbursement by November 2022, I haven't received any refund yet.
This situation has caused inconvenience and financial strain, as I had to bear the cost of the roadworthy certificate expecting reimbursement. However, Mr. Eksteen's failure to fulfill his commitments has left me feeling deceived.
I hoped for a swift resolution, but Mr. Eksteen's avoidance and empty promises have only added to my dissatisfaction with the service provided by your dealership.
