They initially offered me

They initially offered me $541 for my car, and I was ready to sell it and have it picked up. However, when I called them, they pulled a bait-and-switch and claimed they had offered $488, not $541. I had an email confirming the $541 offer, which I forwarded to them as proof, but they didn't care and still insisted on the lower amount. This is a bad company to do business with. I strongly recommend staying away from them and finding a company that won't try to cheat you!

The tow team did a fine job with my car, took payment as agreed, and so on. I'm happy with how selling my car to CashForCars went. I'm happy the towing person didn’t try to argue about the price and the check went through fine. But the experience wasn’t completely smooth. I got different instructions on how to prepare the Title—one person said it needed to be notarized, another said not to bother with that. One rep also told me to sign and notarize a Power of Attorney, but then another said I didn’t need it. The towing truck had to return because the driver wasn't ready the first time.

Got an offer & next day they lowered it

Accepted a $300 offer & waited for tow comp to. call for pickup. Finally called tow company & they said they had one tow truck in the shop & the other wouldn't be able to handle the wgt of my truck. Come on now🙄Called Cash back & they said they'd have to get another tow comp and that would decrease my offer. I hung up & got the salvage yard down the road. I've heard they give you a price & then the tow truck arrives with a check for less. Beware

The driver called 15 minutes before arriving, checked the title, took some pictures of my truck, and wrote me a check right on the spot. I deposited the check via my phone, and the funds were available the next day. Got an email with the bill of sale the day after, which I needed for a tax abatement in Massachusetts. Super easy process. Would definitely use them again.

They transferred me to the support center to verify my info. They told me a tow company would call within 24 to 48 hours. Next morning at 8:13 AM, they called and said they’d be there in 30-40 minutes. The guy arrived at 9 AM, inspected the car, jumped it, and rolled it into the street. I got my check, took the plate to the DMV, and called the insurance the next day to remove the car. It was smooth and effortless, and it knocked $132 off our monthly insurance. Should have done this a year ago! Their offers are slightly better than others. Highly recommend!
