They're total trash, they're liars. Cars cost too much. After selling me mine, the sales rep told me how he just gouged the kid before me. I have it in a text message and my lawyer is working on it. Just steer clear, way clear. They just pretend like they're your friend.

I really wish I had checked other places first. They sold me a car that turned out to be a big problem. Every time I tried to reach the service team, they always said, “We can’t help you for at least 6 months; try again later.” I kept calling back, but it was always the same response. Now my car isn’t working, and fixing it will cost a ton of cash just to make it drivable. Seriously, consider other options!

I bought a Ford Focus from this dealership and made three biweekly payments. Soon after, the transmission failed. I found it suspicious that the salesperson kept calling to check on the car. It's been in their possession for over two and a half years now. I strongly advise anyone reading this not to buy from this dealership.

I purchased a car from JB Rider in Joliet around 4 years ago. I've never been late on a payment except for one time due to a work shortage. They went to great lengths to contact my family to inquire about the payment. Fortunately, I only have around $1,500 left to pay, and then I'll be finished.

JD Byrider sold my daughter a 2018 Town and Country. She hasn't even had the car 3 months and the transmission is going in it. Well, let me tell you, this is not okay. They better sort this out pronto or they'll be dealing with legal action!
