We encountered an issue with the delivery (damaged goods, not Pure Modern Living's fault). PML quickly resent the order without any trouble. It arrived fast, in perfect condition, and the olives were delicious.

Getting the product this time

Getting the product this time around was quite a hassle. It took an incredibly long time to arrive, and I had to reach out to the company multiple times just to get it. Even when it did finally arrive, not even half of my order was there. I'd ordered from them before with no issues, so I'm not sure what's changed, but this experience was pretty disappointing. Additionally, the bottles were packaged in a paper ream box with individual bottles instead of the cases they usually come in.

Our experience with the diffuser machine was a bit frustrating. The instructions provided were quite inadequate, which made it challenging to set up and use effectively. To make matters worse, the shipping receipt indicated that the essential oils we had paid for were included, but they were nowhere to be found in the package. We've reached out to the company and are currently awaiting their response to address the issue of the missing oils.
