I had an issue with my vape not working properly.
I had an issue with my vape not working properly. I reached out to customer service for a warranty fix and was told to send videos showing the problem (which was simple and quick). After they got the videos, they sent me a replacement vape with next day delivery. Great communication and fast solution. I couldn't have hoped for a nicer experience. Will surely buy from them again.
