I’ve been using their Recovery gel and pain relief gel for back arthritis, and they help me a lot. This was my first time ordering online, and it came with a kind note and a small rice crispy treat! This was my first order from Twisted Spoke. I got the Isolate Tincture of CBD & CBN. I'm quite happy with this item. It works quickly to relax and can be used during the day to manage stress and also at night to help with sleeping. I really recommend this. It has a nice minty taste aswell.

Twisted Spoke offers good products. I’m sensitive to THC, so I’ve been trying the CBD Isolate and am happy with how it works. I’ve also been using the Daily Cordyceps and have felt a bit more energized during my workouts. Definitely worth checking out! Thnaks!
