I was stranded in San Juan, Puerto Rico

I was stranded in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and contacted Jake H at Monarch. It was great to work with him, and he made everything easy. For such a sudden request, I was really pleased with how fast he got me back to the US mainland. I strongly suggest working with Monarch and especially Jake.

Ryan Dorogoff did a awesome job helping us return to Cape Town with our pet from Texas. The crew and pilots were excellent. The plane was wonderful. Will for sure contact Ryan for future travel! Excellent customer service.

Don't Use Monarch Air Group

Monarch Air Group and its Rep Vitaliy Matsko ripped me off. Classic case of Bait and Switch. I paid thousands more for a Citation 6 seater and what arrived was a 3 seater mini jet. I had guests and had to have them rent a car and make a 10 hour drive to our destination. Monarch offered me $1,000 credit off my next trip with them. What? They paid thousands less than I paid them for the smaller jet. Why not a refund. No, they kept the difference and ripped me off. Why would a take a credit with a company like this? Don't take a risk and use them.

I had to get out

I had to get out fast due to Hurricane Milton, and Monarch Air Group really came through. I live in the evacuation zone and have two labs, so things were pretty stressful. Vitaliy from Monarch Air was the first to get back to me, offering a quick and reasonably priced option. What really impressed me was how much he cared about my safety and my dogs. Even when I was unsure, Vitaliy kept checking in, showing real concern. Decided with my family that flying out was best. From the first call to boarding the jet, it took less than four hours. The pilot was super helpful, even helped carry my dogs. Throughout the flight, he made sure we were comfortable. Monarch Air's team really went above and beyond. Definitely recommending them to friends and family. Thanks, Monarch Air and Vitaliy!

Wow, what an experience! Our first time with a chartered flight and it was beyond amazing. From start to finish, everything was so smooth. The whole process was super organized, from booking to the actual flight. Communication was spot on too – always someone there to answer any questions we had. Katrina was awesome, always ready with great advice and suggestions. We flew our three big dogs from Colorado to Massachusetts, and it couldn't have gone better. Booking a charter with Monarch was a great decision for us. We needed to fly my elderly aunt from California to Colorado and Ryan at Monarch helped us all the way. He explained all our options clearly and was available anytime we had questions, even on weekends. Super polite and professional guy. The plane was spotless and really nice. We met the pilots at the terminal and they were so friendly and welcoming. The flight was incredibly smooth and comfortable. Honestly, couldn't have asked for a better experience. Brian's help was just fantastic

Brian's help was just fantastic from beginning to end. We were in a bit of a pickle with our 4 dogs and moving to another country. Didn't have a confirmed date until last minute. But in just 5 days, Brian got everything sorted! He answered all my endless questions and made sure I knew our dogs would be fine. The plane had plenty of space for us and our 500 pounds of luggage. Super comfy and the AC was just right for our French bulldogs. There were drinks, snacks, and even a bathroom. The pilots were great and the service was top-notch. Absolutely recommend!

We just had the best trip with Monarch Air! Justin Naranjo was super helpful in picking out the perfect jet for us—a comfy Lear 60 that fit my husband, me, and our dog perfectly. Justin made sure to stay in touch from the first call all the way through to after we landed. He was really professional and made everything so smooth. Definitely planning to use Monarch Air again for our future trips. Highly recommend!

I had this amazing trip from John Wayne Santa Ana airport to Needles, CA. Jake at Monarch Air Group was awesome. He handled everything, and the pilot was just as incredible. Their app is super easy to use, got a quote in no time. Jake called after to answer all my questions and sort out the details. Definitely telling my friends and family about Jake and Monarch.

We had a medical emergency and needed a plane fast. Joao and his team came through big time, getting us in the air within a few hours. We called around to three other companies, but they only got back to us when we were already boarding. Joao's service was incredible, super attentive, and everything went smoothly.

So the other day, I got a call from this guy saying he was from Monarch Air, looking for some services for his clients. Honestly, the whole thing felt weird from the start. He was super quick, almost rushed, and pretty rude too. When I tried to help, he just started throwing insults around. It was really uncomfortable, and I didn’t know what his deal was. He seemed all over the place, like really unstable or something. If you get a call from someone like this, be careful. It's not worth the hassle.
