I've booked a bunch of deals that Going has alerted me to, and gone to places I'd only dreamed I'd visit one day. I like that the service filters out 'economy airlines' whose nickel and diming makes it so their cheap flights aren't actually a deal. Going only sends deals that have significantly lower prices than average and on airlines that generally include your carry-on/first checked bag. I recommend Going to everyone I know who enjoys traveling.

It's really disappointing

It's really disappointing. I shelled out $199.00 for the Elite Membership on Going.com, but whenever I log in, it only recognizes me as a Basic Member. Trying to get some help from customer service? Forget it. They're nowhere to be found. It's frustrating to see so many bad reviews for a company that can't even deliver what it promises. I'm going to have to ask for my money back. Joel Rosenberg

I strongly recommend it to anyone with even a slight interest in travel. Just a heads up, the Elite plan, priced at approximately $199 per year, proves to be a worthwhile investment. Having explored the free and premium plans, the Elite plan surpasses them with mistake deals on first-class and business flights, presenting unprecedented opportunities. While the premium and free plans are beneficial, the Elite plan, in particular, elevates the travel experience, providing access to exceptional deals that are truly unmatched in the industry. The ability to secure first-class deals at the cost of a coach ticket through the Elite plan has been a fantastic perk.

Consistently Disappointing Experience Receiving enticing emails about unbelievably cheap travel destinations sparks initial excitement. However, the disappointment sets in when you click to purchase and realize the hidden costs, like excluded bags or restrictive dates. Out of the numerous flights booked last year, Going provided a cheaper option only once. Unfortunately, this sporadic success does not outweigh the frustration of chasing countless non-deals. The overall experience proves consistently disappointing and fails to live up to the initial promise of budget-friendly travel.
