Victor tried his best to assist me

Victor tried his best to assist me, but a lot of the issues came from Frontier. Their site indicated my refund was one amount, while Victor found it was $100 less. I had to wait longer for Victor to sort out the mix-up caused by Frontier's site. I might not choose Frontier again. Still, Victor was helpful and managed to get me a new confirmation number and extra luggage on board despite the trouble.

My flight got canceled and Priceline gave no support

My flight got canceled and Priceline gave no support, saying I couldn't contact Alaska for help. After 2 weeks of getting nowhere, I reached out to Alaska and spoke with Samuel. He was wonderful and so kind, sorted out my refund, and helped me book new flights. Thanks a lot for your assistance!

Victor from the association tried hard to help. However, Frontier Airlines did not. The website from Frontier Airlines does not have all the info needed. I was very unsatisfied, but Victor helped to resolve the issue.
