Booked flights thru CheapFlight, all went smoothly 'cept slight glitch w/ booking for 2 adults, would revert back to 1, had to start over a couple times but got it finally! Great pricing!

This company is just awful.

This company is just awful. I won't bother booking with them again. I made a mistake in booking a flight and tried to change it within minutes, but they wanted to charge me an extra $300, which is crazy. When I asked to cancel, they demanded $350. It's outrageous. Their customer service is terrible, making you feel like they're just out to take advantage of you for any little mistake. Plus, their website claims flights are refundable, but conveniently leaves out any mention of fees. It's misleading. Stick with reputable companies or book directly with the airline instead.

My experience with this company was incredibly shit. After mistakenly selecting the wrong return flight, I called within 5 minutes to rectify the error. Shockingly, they demanded an extra $300 for the switch to a listed flight of the same price. When I opted to cancel, they slapped me with a $350 fee. Their customer service is appalling, making customers feel targeted for minor mistakes. Additionally, their website falsely claims flights are refundable without disclosing hidden fees. I strongly advise booking with reputable companies or directly with the airline to avoid such deceitful practices.

After an awful 24 hours on the phone with various airlines and agents, I stumbled upon them. When I called to clarify baggage allowance, they answered on the second ring – talk about efficiency! It's a stark contrast to my experience with another vendor, where I endured over an hour on hold. Unlike Avianca, whose customer service disappointed me, this company has earned my loyalty with their prompt and excellent service.

I booked a roundtrip ticket with Spirit Air from Florida to Texas, only to find the flight overbooked. Despite arriving just 5 minutes late, the check-in process was a nightmare. The staff claimed I wasn't in the system, directing me to another line, causing me to miss my flight and a planned event in Texas. Upon contacting cheapflightnow.com for a refund, they callously denied my request, leaving me out of both money and a flight. Their lack of customer care is appalling. Avoid this company at all costs – a complete theft of my money.
