Ugh, what a mess. Booked

Ugh, what a mess. Booked a flight from Oslo to Stuttgart with a stop in Frankfurt. No direct flights, so had to transfer. Plane lands way out in Frankfurt, and we had to take a bus for over 30 minutes just to get to the terminal. By the time we got to the gate, the connecting flight was gone. Had to sit around in Frankfurt for 4.5 hours, and I really needed to be in Stuttgart earlier. Both legs were the same airline, but they still left us hanging. Tried to get compensated for the missed flight, and had to wait for the next one. Also, canceled another flight and was told I could claim unused taxes. Multiple calls and online forms later, still nothing after two months. Customer service was clueless. And this is supposed to be Swiss Air, a reliable company?

Booked a flight from Birmingham

Booked a flight from Birmingham to Düsseldorf through Lufthansa, but it got rerouted with Swiss Air via Zurich. Hours before the flight, the Zurich-Düsseldorf leg got canceled. They offered an alternative through Frankfurt, but it had a 6-hour layover. That was just too much, so we rented a car to make it to my wife’s 65th birthday party on time. Now in Düsseldorf, we can't check in for our return flight with Swiss Air. Three hours of online chat and calls later, still no resolution. Neither Lufthansa nor Swiss Air are taking responsibility. This mess has ruined our weekend. Avoid Swiss Air and Star Alliance like the plague.

Wow, where do I even

Wow, where do I even begin with this airline? The app was super glitchy and I somehow ended up with the wrong return flight. They wanted to charge me $500 just to change it! Called customer service but the roaming charges were through the roof and no one seemed to care. I kept getting the same rude responses every time. It’s like they made a note about me and just ignored my complaints. I’ve been trying to sort this out since before my initial flight, and today they had the nerve to say, "you should have complained earlier." I did! So many times! The onboard crew was nice though, which is the only positive thing I can say.

Just terrible.

Just terrible. My friend and I traveled with bicycles in big suitcases. We paid for luggage at the airport after bad advice from their help line. They said no space, then suddenly found some but it was too late to load us. We got redirected on a day-long trip. The website keeps showing errors. Checking in is difficult. Finding or adding flights is impossible. No receipts when paying. No one acknowledges calls. Ryanair does better. The planes are alright, and staff are nice and helpful at check-in and on flights. But booking, customer service, and their terrible website drag them down.

I had the worst experience

I had the worst experience with this company. They were late and just sent a notification, as if that fixes things. But when I was late once, they treated me terribly. I even missed my flight, and they canceled my return tickets with no empathy at all. They only care about their money and time, not their customers. And don't even get me started on their punctuality—they're late for every flight. This company is a disaster.

The flight itself is fine, but you might

The flight itself is fine, but you might not get your bags. For me, they lost my luggage and it's been 5 days now. I’ve made about 10 calls to "customer service" agents who are completely useless. If you have only hand luggage, go ahead, but if you check in luggage, beware. They seem to lose bags a lot. If it happens, you’re on your own to recover it. No one will help, and there is no accountability.

Swiss Airlines disappointed us.

Swiss Airlines disappointed us. Mrs. Reiffers, the flight attendant, was extremely rude and unprofessional. Her behavior was shocking and disrespectful. She refused to give her name when we wanted to complain, which shows her arrogance. Swiss Airlines should address such behavior seriously.
