Just terrible.

Just terrible. My friend and I traveled with bicycles in big suitcases. We paid for luggage at the airport after bad advice from their help line. They said no space, then suddenly found some but it was too late to load us. We got redirected on a day-long trip. The website keeps showing errors. Checking in is difficult. Finding or adding flights is impossible. No receipts when paying. No one acknowledges calls. Ryanair does better. The planes are alright, and staff are nice and helpful at check-in and on flights. But booking, customer service, and their terrible website drag them down.

The flight itself is fine, but you might not get your bags. For me, they lost my luggage and it's been 5 days now. I’ve made about 10 calls to "customer service" agents who are completely useless. If you have only hand luggage, go ahead, but if you check in luggage, beware. They seem to lose bags a lot. If it happens, you’re on your own to recover it. No one will help, and there is no accountability.

Swiss Airlines disappointed us. Mrs. Reiffers, the flight attendant, was extremely rude and unprofessional. Her behavior was shocking and disrespectful. She refused to give her name when we wanted to complain, which shows her arrogance. Swiss Airlines should address such behavior seriously.
