I scheduled a flight, but it got canceled. They suggested another flight, but it didn't work for me. Then they proposed another, but it still didn't give me enough time for my connecting flight. I asked for my money back. They said they could give me a travel credit, but if I wanted a refund, they'd charge me $57 as a handling fee. That doesn't seem fair because they couldn't find me a suitable flight after canceling the original one. Now they expect me to pay for their mistakes. I'd advise avoiding this booking site. :( Still no solution yet.

TOTAL RIP-OFF SITE. Me and my buddy got fooled by bogus flights and a place to stay. Got to the airport, and surprise, surprise, the tickets weren't legit. They grabbed our cash, and no refund ever showed up. A downright unlawful scam.

This company is a complete disappointment. I strongly advise against using their services for booking tickets. My flight was abruptly canceled at the last minute, and dealing with their customer support only added to the frustration. They provided careless responses and failed to rebook my flight. Instead of a proper refund, they issued a voucher without my consent. Attempts to address the issue with them were met with more unhelpful answers. They even suggested redeeming the voucher through another dubious agency. This company's practices are highly questionable, and my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Consider other options to avoid such hassles.

I had a flight booked with this company nearly two years ago, disrupted by the Ukrainian war. Attempted to switch to another flight, but they couldn't find a suitable alternative. Opted for a refund, and the waiting game began. Numerous messages to customer service yielded the same response - they're waiting for the airline's reply with no resolution in sight.

Second time using this app and yet

Second time using this app and yet again faced an issue. Purchased a regular ticket, but the system automatically selected the full-flex option without displaying the actual cost. After entering my card details for a 700-something payment, including card charges, I was charged 780 for a full-flex ticket. I didn't intentionally choose that option, making it frustrating for the second time. The app's functionality needs improvement.

I made a reservation for a Jan 2023 flight to Morocco with Iberia through this company. Unfortunately, they canceled my flight without prior notice, leaving me scrambling to purchase a new ticket at a significantly higher cost. Appalling customer service experience! I urgently booked a ticket for a staff member to visit her dying son, but made a date mistake amidst chaos. After a painstaking hour locating their English phone number from New Zealand, they promised to investigate but never followed up. Now, forced to rebook at triple the cost, this company's actions are heartless.

Everything's going pretty well,

Everything's going pretty well, except for one hiccup. I wanted to select my seats, but they told me it would take 3 days. I checked the available seats myself and pointed out that they were available right now. I'm worried that if it takes that long, I might miss out on the seats I want. That's the only thing that's not quite up to par.

I will never book a flight using them ever again. Service has been abysmal. I've been back and forth on phone and chat over 7 teams, and each time either receive no information or the incorrect information. I'm asking simple quesitons like how to add a carry on bag and the price, and am getting emails saying how much adding a checked bag is. Then getting no emails. Then getting emails saying a carry on bag will be 179EUR. What a joke. My issue is still not resolved, and I'm now on chat again being told "rest assured, we will send the requested info" and they refuse to help or escalate my inquiry. Very terrible.
