Pegasus Ruined Our Family Holiday Nightmare

You won't believe the nightmare we had with Pegasus! Our first flight from Manchester to Istanbul got delayed, and then our connecting flight to Sharm El Sheikh got cancelled. With three kids in tow, we ended up spending 24 hours in Istanbul, getting shuttled around to different hotels at breakneck speeds in the middle of the night. Our luggage somehow made it to Sharm El Sheikh without us, thanks to air tags. No luggage, no money, no way to contact anyone. And to top it off, the staff at Istanbul airport were unbelievably rude and racist. We finally arrived at our destination 27 hours late, only to find our hotel reservation was cancelled due to our late arrival. I called Pegasus for help, but their customer service was useless and rude. They told me to email customer care instead. And just when we thought it couldn't get worse, our return flight got delayed too, making us miss our connecting flight back to Manchester. Another 24 hours in Istanbul with only one meal provided. Pegasus claims we're not entitled to any refund or compensation. This was our first family holiday abroad, and it’s left my kids never wanting to travel again. We’re all feeling so low, and I'm out thousands of pounds. Avoid Pegasus at all costs!

Overcharged for Baggage and Faulty Scales

I flew out of Copenhagen recently and had a bit of drama with my baggage. I was first in line at check-in and had about 3kg extra. I asked the lady at the counter if I could pay for the extra weight online, but she said no and charged me 450 DKK right there. Later, I checked the Pegasus website and found I could've paid just 24 euros (like 180 DKK) online. Plus, I had some Bolbol points I could've used to cover it. I filed a complaint on their site, but they just sent me some generic FAQ answer and refused to do anything else. Also, the check-in conveyor seemed off. I tested it with four protein powder bags, each 0.5kg, but it showed 2.1kg total. That’s a 5% error, which usually means the scale isn’t calibrated right. Not a great experience overall.

First Flight, Big Win: Highly Recommend

Flying with this airline for the first time was a surprisingly pleasant experience. Booking through their app was a breeze, and Kayseri airport turned out to be really nice and tidy. We got timely updates about our flight delays via messages and emails, which was super helpful. The plane itself seemed pretty new, with comfy seats and top-notch service. The flight was smooth all the way to Antalya, from takeoff to landing. They even have in-flight WiFi that lets you track the flight on your phone in 2D and 3D—pretty cool! Had some doubts after reading negative reviews, but this trip was fantastic. Would definitely recommend!

Pegasus Airlines: A Nightmare at Istanbul Airport

Let me tell you about my experience at Istanbul Airport with Pegasus Airlines. Arrived at the gate area and was just left hanging for 5 hours, no assistance, nothing. Seriously, it was like I was invisible to the staff. Tried to ask for help to get to the bathroom, and they just ignored me. Once on the plane, it got even worse. Needed to use the toilet but the captain was in the room next to the cockpit. Was told to wait 2 minutes which turned into 15. When I finally got to go, the captain gave me such an angry look. Felt like I was a bother the entire time.

Beware Price Hikes When Refreshing!

Hey there, just wanted to share my recent experience with booking a flight. I was looking at a direct flight from Stansted to Izmir, and the price was really good, under £95. So I thought, why not refresh the page to see if there’s anything better? Big mistake. The price jumped to £110 in just two minutes. It feels like they’re trying to trick you, honestly. I’m not falling for that. I'd rather spend over £200 with another airline than deal with these sneaky tactics. And it’s not even peak season! Watch out if you’re booking with them.

Pegasus: Delay After Delay, Every Time

I can't believe I gave Pegasus another shot. Big mistake. This is the third time in three months my flight's been delayed, and it's always at least three hours. Right now, I'm stuck at Stuttgart airport. It was supposed to leave at 8:20 PM, then pushed to 9:30 PM, and now it's delayed indefinitely. It's already 9:20 PM, and there's no telling when we'll take off. Honestly, if you value your time and sanity, steer clear of Pegasus. They just can't get it right. Every single time, it's the same story. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Beware: Airline Lost My Critical Meds!

I went to Turkey for a hair transplant and on my way back to Holland, my luggage disappeared. It had all my medication in it. I even asked for help before handing over my bag because I was in serious pain from the procedure (like, 10,000 holes in my head!). Despite showing them proof that I paid for the baggage, it still got lost. Honestly, feels like they stole it on purpose because I was in so much pain and really needed those meds. Avoid this airline at all costs, they're terrible and untrustworthy!

Avoid This Airline at All Costs

I was traveling with this airline recently, and let me tell you, it was a nightmare. Missed my connecting flight, and the staff at the airport just ignored me like I was invisible. It was so frustrating, no one wanted to help. And then, on the plane, I asked for just a glass of water. The cabin crew refused unless I bought the entire bottle! Can you believe that? Clearly, they have no idea what customer service means. Honestly, avoid this airline if you can. It’s just not worth the hassle.

Pegasus Visa Hassle: Double-Check Before Flying

When I booked my flight with Pegasus, everything seemed straightforward online. But when I got to the airport, they told me I couldn't board because I didn't have a visa for my layover in Istanbul. This was a shock since their website didn't mention anything about it. It felt like they weren't clear about their rules at all. If you're planning to fly with Pegasus, double-check every detail, especially about visas and layovers. It's better to be safe than stuck at the airport like I was.

Overpriced Flights, Zero Service

Oh, let me tell you about my recent flight experience. It was like they were just after my money and didn't care at all about providing any service. Both my flights were delayed by over two hours, and during that whole time, they didn't even offer us water. I mean, come on, how hard is it to hand out a bottle of water? The tickets were super expensive too, which makes it even more frustrating. Honestly, it's the worst airline I've ever used. Save your money and fly with someone else.

Stranded by Airline: Beware Booking Sites!

I had a crazy experience with this airline. I showed up for my flight, ticket in hand, ready to go. But when I tried to check in, they told me my ticket was canceled. I bought it through Skyscanner via an agency, and the airline staff at the airport said I should only buy tickets directly from their website. Left me stranded, confused, and fuming. Thankfully, the agency stepped up and found me another flight. Never dealing with that airline again – feels like a total scam to me.

Pegasus: Exceptional Service in the Skies

I recently flew with Pegasus Airlines and it was a pretty great experience. One of the crew members really stood out – super friendly and really on top of things. They made sure everyone was comfortable and had what they needed. The overall service was fantastic, and it felt like everyone on the team genuinely cared about the passengers. Big thanks to the entire Pegasus crew for making the trip smooth and enjoyable. Definitely flying with them again.

Pegasus at Sabiha Gokcen: Total Disaster!

Man, Pegasus at Sabiha Gokcen airport was just a mess. None of the self-check-in kiosks were working, can you believe that? I mean, what's the point of having them if they don't even work? And the supervisor there, ugh, what a piece of work. Acting all high and mighty, like they were some kind of big shot. Seriously, such an unpleasant personality. Missed my flight and had to buy another ticket because of them. So frustrating!

Flight Delays: Never Again with This Airline

I booked a flight with this airline, thinking it would be an easy trip. Boy, was I wrong. The flight was delayed by five hours, which felt like an eternity. Can you imagine sitting around an airport for that long? I kept thinking a bus ride would’ve been so much better. At least on a bus, you know what to expect. This was my first time with this airline, and believe me, it’s also my last. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Nightmare Airline Experience: Avoid At All Costs

Flying with this airline was a complete hassle. First off, their app is a nightmare—it just doesn't work. Tried to pay my luggage fees online but it failed, and then they slapped me with extra charges at the airport. My baggage got mishandled too, which was the cherry on top. The delays were endless, and the customer service? Don't even get me started. Save yourself the headache and book with someone else.

Protect Your Luggage: Pegasus Tips

Flying with Pegasus was a bit of a mixed bag for me. My suitcase got damaged during the trip, and when I got back to the UK, I hit a brick wall trying to get compensation from them. Big tip: snap a photo of your luggage before you board, and report any damage right away. If they still won't help, look into a Section 75 Chargeback claim with your credit card. It might save you some hassle.

Pegasus: A Nightmare in the Skies

Absolutely the worst experience flying with Pegasus. First, there was zero communication about the delay. We were all just sitting there, clueless. Turns out, it was their own system failure, but they tried to blame it on some global outage. Now, I'm stuck and about to miss my connecting flight. It's just ridiculous. Seriously, avoid this airline if you can.

Awful service from the staff.

Awful service from the staff. Impolite and unhelpful, particularly at airports. If you miss your connection, you’ll be left stranded. The staff will just ignore you. Truly shocking conduct. Cabin crew wouldn't give me a glass of water since I didn't want to buy the full bottle. No sense of manners at all. Avoid this airline at all costs.

Horrible.

Horrible. Flight delayed 3.5 hours, missed my connecting flight home. Needed to be home for work. 3 Pegasus reps were rude and useless at the transfer airport. "Missed your flight? Not our probem," they said. Had to purchase another pricey flight. Customer Service email? Useless response, then silence. Never again.

Got an email that our flight from Antalya to Copenhagen

Got an email that our flight from Antalya to Copenhagen was canceled. We had to reschedule, and of course no direct flights were left. It's annoying but we managed. The worst part was we had to pay for checked bags again. Called customer service and they sorted it out, we got our bags without the extra fee.
