It seems like they are trying to avoid giving compensation because

It seems like they are trying to avoid giving compensation because they loaded the passengers onto the plane and then made us wait an hour without doing anything. This was a real mess. When we landed in Dubrovnik, which had perfect weather, the plane didn't land on the first try. I found out that this occurs in about 3 out of a thousand landings, typically in poor conditions. I was really scared, and I wouldn't suggest this experience to anyone. Amateurs should not be allowed to fly in Europe.

The airplane experience was really bad.

The airplane experience was really bad. They took 2.5 hours just to check my documents, and I nearly missed my flight. The staff only said, "it’s not our issue," showing no concern. I wouldn’t recomend this!
