Future bookings will not involve them.

Ulen Bitar did a great job helping us for a day and half. We had a tricky plan and he worked very hard to make it work. He knew the airports and roads well, which helped him suggest ideas. We agreed to some and not others. When we rejected an idea, he said no problem, let's try something else. He was careful to get everything right and called to make sure. He also called back to explain insurance better - so we got that right! We saved some money too, which made the trip better.
