Egyptians must do business differently from the rest of the world. I am shocked that this airline is in business and is a part of the Star Alliance group. Star Alliance should really do some internal investigation with their partnership with EgyptAir. I had a simple question about my account and have emailed the following email addresses: [email protected], [email protected], [email protected]. I have also reached out to EgyptAir via Facebook. Since May, I have not heard a single reply from ANY of their email addresses that they advertise as customer service contact information and they ghosted me after one message on Facebook. I'm not asking for anything crazy. It is INSANE that this company functions as a large corporation. How are they functioning with offering ZERO customer service? The lack of professionalism and courtesy for their paying customers is disgusting.
