I bought the tickets from January 16. 2023 , the flight March 19 Boston to Dominican Republic，( DL1973) unfortunately when we checked in at March 19, the ticket was been suspended, I was called the travel agent, but they can not help. Now today 2024 April, I still did not get my Refund , Altros Trave said ticket refund should be refund by Kenya company, they issued the ticket, The kenya said the trave agency have to request the refund, they both company Throw the ball......So here, i am still not get my Refund back. $ 960.50, Not Not Not, this is NOT FOR ANYONE!

The company did a good job by offering suitable replacements for the fairs I wanted. They reached out promptly and the replacements were at the same price. Overall, it was a positive experience.
