They called me rite after I booked my flight, and were very helpful with the process, the fact that a person called me to confirm and ask if anything I need assistance with was everything to me Actual person called, not bot ,not chat, great service

I had a question about one of my bookings. I phoned the customer service line and Ms. Sweetpea answered. Sweetpea was really helpful in sorting out my concern about an email I got from the airline. I was surprised to find out she's Filipino and from Visayas, so it was easy for us to talk in our own language. I'd suggest Oojo to anyone looking for good prices when booking. Especially to my fellow Filipinos! I also want to say thanks to Ms. Sweetpea for her help and professionalism. God bless the whole team at Oojo.

The website was easy to navigate, credit to the IT team. I just hoped the price matched my budget better. There was one issue though: when adjusting search settings like dates or airports, the currency defaulted back to USD instead of staying on CAD, which was a bit inconvenient.

My experience with this service was utterly disappointing. Regrettably, I won't consider using it again. In a nutshell, the purchased tickets were rendered useless, and my attempts to seek assistance from customer service were futile. Each time I reached out, I encountered either abrupt hang-ups or conflicting narratives. It's disheartening when a company falls short of providing reliable support.
