I’m quite happy so far!

I just booked a flight abroad with Oojo and got Ichigo as my Personal Travel Expert. She called me right after I booked my ticket. I really liked having a real person to talk to who could answer my questions and stay available if I need help later. We reviewed all the booking details and she explained each part carefully to make sure I understood or could change anything if needed. She also helped me request a vegetarian Jain meal so I’m sure I’ll have food on my flights because of my diet needs. Ichigo was professional, quick, gave great service, looked into my questions, and checked facts so I wouldn’t face any issues on my international flights.

I had a question about one of my bookings. I phoned the customer service line and Ms. Sweetpea answered. Sweetpea was really helpful in sorting out my concern about an email I got from the airline. I was surprised to find out she's Filipino and from Visayas, so it was easy for us to talk in our own language. I'd suggest Oojo to anyone looking for good prices when booking. Unlike my initial frustrating experience with 888-457-6656, where I was promised a callback that never happened, the courteous assistance I received on the second call made navigating the airline's website a breeze. This positive encounter has restored my confidence in their customer service, highlighting the importance of dedicated and helpful staff.

I booked a ticket for a last-minute flight with a long layover because it was the only option available at that time. The agent from Oojo was very nice. They contacted me immediately with a ticket that had a shorter layover for a little more money. They spent a lot of time helping me find those tickets and even suggested other options that could save me some time or money. I am thankful for their effort to make sure I was happy with my purchase.

On my second try to pay for my flight reservation, a message came up saying the travelers were already booked in another reservation, and advised me to call Oojo. When I talked to the Oojo rep, they told me I needed to book my flight again. After asking what the issue was, the rep looked into it and then said the payment had actually gone through. Such a releif! Hoping for a smooth trip now that I've used Kayak/Oojo for booking.

The ticket was issued in just a minute, and I received the airline confirmation PNR code right away, unlike other third-party websites where the price goes up during booking and it takes hours to get the ticket. The agent called right away to confirm everything, which I found very good. I can say this was ONE OF MY BEST EXPERIENCES with third-party websites.

I have only good things to say about OOJO! They really do more than expected to give great service. I had to change my flight to an earlier date because of my mom’s health issue. Their team acted fast and was very kind, plus they even removed a $400 fee to help me out. Their great customer support and kindness in a hard time meant so much. After this, I will keep using OOJO for all my trips. Strongly recomend!

My experience with this service was utterly disappointing. Regrettably, I won't consider using it again. In a nutshell, the purchased tickets were rendered useless, and my attempts to seek assistance from customer service were futile. Each time I reached out, I encountered either abrupt hang-ups or conflicting narratives. It's disheartening when a company falls short of providing reliable support.

I checked the airline website using the ticket number they gave me, and my flight was all set. I hope everything goes smooth with no issues when our departure day comes, which is in August.

Sammy got in touch right after I booked the tickets - explained how to get protection with credit vouchers - and then told me about credits from my previous booking with OOJO, which I didn't know about. I can now use credits from both my last trip's insurance and this trip's insurance! Great price, service, and travel advice!!

Oojo offered the lowest flight prices

Oojo offered the lowest flight prices and booking was straightforward. Sadly, I had to cancel my trip because of a schedule mix-up. I anticipated long waits and many transfers when I called customer service. Surprisingly, my rep (Mac) took care of everything in less than 5 minutes! Good customer service! I’d choose oojo again.

He's really good at what he does, very helpful and knows his stuff. I hope you hire more people like him who can help your business grow.

Even though our conversation got interrupted a few times, the agent called us back, which was kind and polite. We have used Oojo before and might mention your good service to others in the future.

The website is simple to use. Instructions are easy to follow. Fast replies. It was a bit of a hassle not being able to add luggage options and having to go to the airline's site for that. But everything is fine for now, we’ll see how things go when it’s time to get the ticket and fly out.
