I had a very bad time trying to check into Miami airport for my flight to Philadelphia. I got there two hours before my flight, but the agent at the counter told me I had to check in using the app and refused to help me in person. The WiFi at the counter was terrible, so I couldn't connect. The staff was not helpful at all and said it wasn’t their problem. I missed my flight and had to book with another airline. My friend's birthday plans were ruined. I didn’t get to Philly until 12 hours later. I was so upset and angry. I would not recommend this airline to anyone.
