    I had the worst experience

I had the worst experience with Frontier Airlines recently. They don't have agents around to help you, and when I had an emergency, they were completely unhelpful. I tried messaging them through their app, and they said someone would be available at 2am. So, my friend and I waited until then, but no one showed up. We were basically stranded and had to buy tickets from another airline. The customer service person I spoke to was incredibly rude when I asked for a refund. They didn't give me my money back, though my friend got a partial refund. It’s unbelievable how they're still in business. They even charge for water! Ridiculous.

I tried using Go Wild Pass

I tried using Go Wild Pass, and honestly, it's a joke. I mean, you can't book a flight 24 hours before departure - how ridiculous is that? They only let you choose flights with over 10 hours nonstop if you pay full price. When I called customer service, it was just a nightmare. The reps, based in India, were no help whatsoever, just reading from a script without actually listening to my problem. And don't even get me started on ORD airport. They have one person working in the morning for domestic flights, so it's like gambling if you'll even make it on time. Seriously, avoid them at all costs. This service is a total scam.

    I booked a trip from

I booked a trip from Houston to Vegas with Frontier. Timing was perfect for us, not even about the price. Then, they had this True Love promo, so we canceled and rebooked to get the extra suitcase and better seats. Everything seemed fine. But then they changed the flight time from 5 PM to 6 AM and added a stopover in Denver, which doubled the travel time. When I tried to cancel because they changed it, all I could get was travel credit. I paid with my credit card and now we’re stuck with a credit we can’t use since we live in Europe. Frontier is all about the money, and it’s just the worst. Avoid them if you can.

Flying with this airline was a disaster from start to finish. The plane was filthy, and to make matters worse, our luggage vanished into thin air. Trying to get help was like talking to robots—they just didn't know anything and seemed to care even less. They nickel-and-dimed us for every little thing. Seriously, they even wanted to charge us just to check our boarding passes on the phone. It was beyond frustrating. I can't believe how poorly they treat their customers. I'm definitely not flying with them again, and you can bet I'll be telling everyone I know about this nightmare. Avoid them if you value your sanity!

    I had the worst experience

I recently had the worst experience with this airline. My luggage worth over $6,000 went missing, and they only compensated me with a measly $225. They claim to cover up to $3800 for losses, but it's all a lie. You have to provide receipts for everything, which is nearly impossible. Their customer service is a joke too; you can only talk to them through chat, and it's super frustrating. I tried everything to get my luggage back, but it was useless. The flights are always late, and they don't seem to care about their passengers. This airline is a complete scam. Save yourself the headache and choose another airline.

    Frontier, huh? So I thought

Frontier, huh? So I thought I'd give 'em a shot for this one-way leg of my trip, with American on the other end. Haven’t even boarded yet and I’m already feeling the pinch from their bag fees. Seriously, if you don’t cough up for a bag when you first book, brace yourself for a surprise. My carry-on jumped from $40 to $69, and I’m not even at the airport yet—still a week out. Tried to talk to someone there; after three attempts, finally got through. The answer? “System generated fees… no changes possible.” It’s frustrating. They’re not really budget; they sneak in those fees elsewhere. Not booking with them again.

    The most frustrating experience ever

So, picture this: I roll up to the airport at 4:45 am for my 6 am flight, thinking I've got plenty of time. But nope, the airline folks tell me I should’ve been there three hours early for a domestic flight! Seriously? I was stuck in line, and by the time I reached the counter, it was 5:08 am, and they said the flight was closed. The agent didn’t even try to help or offer any options. I missed my flight, the conference in Denver, and even lost a night at the hotel. I've traveled a lot with different airlines, but this was hands down the most frustrating experience. Frontier really dropped the ball on this one!

Flying with this airline was a complete nightmare. I can't believe it happened again. They messed up my travel plans, and I ended up spending over $5,000 more because they couldn't get me to where I needed to go. Imagine having everything planned out, only to be stuck and scrambling to find another flight at the last minute. It's like they don't even care about getting you to your destination on time. This was the second time in a row they let me down. The stress and costs just aren’t worth it. Trusting them again would be like setting myself up for another disaster. I’m definitely switching airlines for good.

Flying with Frontier was a bit of a saga. I mean, I get it, airlines can have off days, but this was something else. We got to the airport with plenty of time to spare, thinking everything would go smoothly. But when we tried to check our bags, there was a hiccup. The customer service rep seemed just as frustrated as us, struggling with the system that just wouldn't cooperate. Apparently, it froze or something, and there was nothing she could do. Felt like a scene out of a movie where you know what's coming next. Not the best experience, and honestly, kind of a letdown. Hoping for a smoother flight next time!

    What a nightmare!

Wow, what a nightmare! I get that Frontier Airlines is a budget option, and I wasn’t expecting luxury. But never in my life have I been treated so terribly by airline staff. When we were boarding, my wife was asked if she knew we were seated in the exit row. She smiled and said yes, but the male worker literally yelled at her, “This is a yes or no question!” It was crazy. His female colleague then made me measure my carry-on with such a nasty attitude that I felt personally attacked. Needless to say, we’ll never fly Frontier again, and our 50,000 social media followers will hear about this awful experience.

I booked a flight from Punta Cana to Chicago months ahead, paid extra for seats and bags, and thought everything was set. We checked in at the airport, got our seats, and were ready to board. Suddenly, we were pulled aside and told the flight was overbooked by 8 people. We weren't allowed on! They tried to put us on a next-day flight with a layover in Atlanta. They offered a hotel and a $250 voucher, but seriously, who wants to fly with them again? Now we're stuck in Punta Cana for another night with no compensation for lost time or money. Terrible airline, and nobody seemed to care about our situation.

    Terrible experience

Flying with Frontier turned out to be quite an experience. I thought I was getting a good deal with the cheap ticket, but then realized I'd have to pay extra just to choose a seat. Not to mention, they charge for both checked and carry-on bags! Snacks and drinks aren’t free either, so pack your own if you don’t want to spend more. And if you're hoping to get some work done or watch a movie, forget it—there's no Wi-Fi or charging ports onboard. My luggage looked like it went through a battle; we joked about a T-Rex having a go at it in the cargo hold. Quite the adventure, but not sure I'd do it again.

    I've flown with Frontier twice

I've flown with Frontier twice now, and it's been a nightmare both times. This last trip from Florida to Denver through Las Vegas was the final straw. They claimed I hadn't paid for round-trip checked luggage, even though I had. Ended up shelling out an extra $180 just for my bags. The seats? Absolute torture. Thin padding, barely any legroom, and they don't even recline. Plus, no charging ports or in-flight entertainment at all. I've been on better flights in developing countries. It's 2025, and somehow Frontier is still this bad. I can't believe they get away with it. Never flying with them again.

    I had a real rough

I had a real rough time with this airline. My flight from LAX to Atlanta got delayed by two hours, causing me to miss my connecting flight. When I arrived in Atlanta, there was no one around to help, even though the flight attendant said someone would be there. No emails, no texts, just radio silence. Felt like I was stranded in a foreign place, trying to make sense of everything on my own. I spent over an hour on the phone with customer service, but they weren't much help. Ended up switching to Delta to sort things out. Cheap ticket, cheap experience. Wouldn't want to go through that mess again.

I had quite the experience with this airline. Imagine sitting around for over 4 hours with no clue about what's going on. It felt like they just didn’t care. There was no info to help us plan, just a lot of waiting. And honestly, the fares aren’t even that cheap once you add all the extra fees. Customer service? Pretty much non-existent. It makes you wonder if they ever run on time. I’ve decided I won’t be flying with them again. It's frustrating because even if you tell them, they probably won’t change a thing. It’s like they’re just stuck in their ways and don’t mind disappointing passengers.

So, I booked a flight thinking it would be smooth, but it turned out to be a nightmare. The staff at the front were just plain rude and unhelpful. I mean, I’ve flown with budget airlines before and had way better experiences. The only saving grace was this male attendant on the plane who was actually nice. But honestly, dealing with the ladies at the check-in desk left such a bad taste in my mouth. And I wasn’t the only one feeling this way – a few of us on the plane were chatting about how awful the service was. They should really send out surveys to see how many of us were disappointed.

Flying with Frontier was such a hassle. I went from Colorado to Arkansas just fine, but coming back, they suddenly decided my personal item wasn’t small enough and charged me an extra $99. The seats are not worth the money either, super uncomfortable. And then there’s the staff—always someone rude when you’re checking in or scanning your boarding pass. It’s like they go out of their way to be unhelpful. Honestly, for the amount you end up paying with all the hidden fees, you’d expect at least a bit of comfort and decent service. Will definitely think twice before booking with them again.

Flying with Frontier Airlines was a nightmare. On my flight from Phoenix to San Diego, a flight attendant acted really aggressive towards me. He grabbed my stuff without asking and talked to me like I was dirt. I was embarrassed in front of everyone and felt unsafe. And when I tried to get help, it was useless. Their customer service was just a bunch of bots, and my complaint went nowhere. It’s clear Frontier doesn’t care about how they treat people. I had a reservation and needed to add checked bags, but ended up getting charged for overweight bags too because their app was confusing. I couldn't see the details in the cart clearly. Tried using their website but it didn't work, so I was stuck using the app. Contacted customer care, who kept saying it was refundable. Flying from Atlanta to Chicago on June 8th was a mess. My flight, number 1595, kept getting rescheduled—four times! It felt like a never-ending wait without any heads-up. I just sat there, watching my plans unravel. Missing work wasn't part of the agenda, but that’s exactly what happened. The lack of updates left me in the dark, juggling my schedule like crazy. It was frustrating, especially when you rely on things to run smoothly. I’ve flown with other airlines before, and this wasn't what I expected at all. Flying with this airline was a nightmare. Imagine being stuck in a metal tube with zero entertainment options. No Wi-Fi, no radio, no TV, not even a plug to charge your phone. Everything had a price tag, from snacks to blankets. The bathroom? Filthy, like it hadn’t seen a cleaning crew in ages. The seats were hard as rocks, making it impossible to get comfy. This airline is a disaster. We spent 3 hours just to check-in at Boston. Bought tickets to Santo Domingo with a stop in Orlando and even paid for our dog to fly with us in the cabin. When we got to Orlando, they suddenly said dogs aren't allowed, even though we had paid and it was on our boarding pass. Now we're stranded in Orlando looking for another flight. I had a pretty bad experience at the airport. The gate staff were super rude, like, unnecessarily rude. Every stop had a different process and set of rules, which was so confusing. It's like they didn't get the same training or something. Seriously, some basic uniform training would fix a lot of these issues. It felt like I was paying money just to be treated poorly. I've been flying with this

I've been flying with this airline for a decade, but it’s been a bumpy ride. Delays and cancellations have become the norm, with no real solutions in sight. Just the other day, my 7am flight was pushed to 11am, and then, surprise! At 5:19am, they said it was back on time. I missed it, of course. Got a refund, but then had to fork out more cash for a last-minute booking with another airline. The savings I thought I was getting with this airline? Gone, and then some. Frustrating experience, to say the least. I think it's time to look elsewhere for my travel needs.

I had a pretty rough experience with Frontier recently. Their kiosk was down, so I couldn't use it to pay the lower baggage fee. The agent at the baggage area informed me that I had literally one minute to complete the online payment for the reduced charge. I tried, but the time limit was just too short. In the end, I had to use the agent's service and got hit with double the fee. Given that their kiosk was out of order and the online option was impossible within such a short time, they should have waived the extra charge for using the agent. Not cool at all.

Booked three round-trip tickets from Phoenix to Houston for my son, grandson, and daughter-in-law, expecting a smooth, nonstop journey. Then, out of nowhere, an email arrives saying the flights have been changed. Now, they’ve got layovers over 4 hours long—originally it was 8 hours! Had to argue to get that down. Also, baggage fees were insane, $169 for one bag just slightly over 50 lbs. And then they tried to charge an extra $52 just so the kids could sit together.
