    Just had a terrible experience

    Just had a terrible experience with this airline. My wife and mom were at the gate with our two kids, and this lady, Areesha, was so rude to them. It felt like she was trying to charge extra fees just to pocket the cash. The whole situation was handled so poorly, and it was clear they didn’t care about customer service at all. My family felt disrespected and stressed out. Seriously, avoid this airline if you can. It's not worth the hassle and the staff are just awful. Can't believe how racist and unprofessional they were. Never flying with them again.

    I had the worst experience

    I had the worst experience with this airline. They didn't bother to inform us about the huge delays. We were stuck for 4 hours and then another 2 hours on the plane before they canceled the flight at midnight. Trying to find another flight at that hour was impossible, which made me miss a crucial event in my life. Adding insult to injury, I lost $3,000 on hotel and rental car bookings. The way they treat passengers is just unacceptable. It's like they don't care about the people at all. This airline should just go out of business. Absolutely horrible.

    I should have checked this place out before booking. They totally trick you when you're buying tickets. The process is super confusing, starting at $80 but then somehow ends up being $400. It's honestly shameful that an American company, licensed by the FAA, would scam people like this. Makes you wonder if they're cutting corners on their plane maintenance too. It's really disappointing and frustrating. Don't fall for it like I did! Take your time and read everything carefully if you decide to use them. Definitely won't be recommending them to anyone.

    I had a nightmare trying

    I had a nightmare trying to check in for my flight from Miami to Philly. Got to the airport 2 hours early, but the check-in agent told me to use the app and refused to help in person. The WiFi was terrible near the desk, so I couldn’t even connect to check in. The staff were super unhelpful and basically shrugged it off. Ended up missing my flight and had to scramble to book with another airline. Totally ruined my friend’s birthday plans since I got to Philly 12 hours late. It was beyond frustrating. Definitely avoiding this airline in the future.

    Flying with this airline was a nightmare. You think Spirit is bad? This was worse. I was shocked when they hit me with an extra $100 fee just to bring a carry-on. Seriously? And don't get me started on their 'personal item' policy. Their size limits are a joke, nothing like what you’d expect. It felt like they were trying to squeeze extra money out of me at every turn. It’s frustrating to deal with such hidden fees and inconsistent policies. I’d rather walk than fly with them again. Save yourself the headache and avoid this airline if you can.

    We had a terrible experience in Cancun. My family and I, including our three kids, were refused boarding. They claimed to have called our names multiple times, but we never heard anything. When we tried to sort it out the next day, they slapped us with a $1500 penalty fee. It was incredibly frustrating. The guy in charge, Fernando, was extremely rude and unhelpful. This whole ordeal has left such a bad taste in our mouths. We will not be using this airline again. I just want to warn other families to be cautious when traveling with them.

    I tried canceling my Frontier membership, but boy, was it a hassle. Their website and app don't have any clear cancel button. Turns out, you have to go through live chat with an agent, which they don't even mention anywhere. Felt like they were making it as hard as possible to leave. With how much money they made last year, you'd think they could afford a straightforward cancel option. It's shady and frustrating, especially for a company raking in billions. Makes you wonder if they care more about their bottom line than their customers.

    I had the worst experience with this airline. First, my flight got delayed by 4.5 hours and they didn't even give a proper reason why. Then, they finally made us board the plane, only for us to sit there for another hour before announcing another 3-hour delay. So basically, I was stuck waiting for 8.5 hours. No other flights were available, meaning we had no choice but to wait if we wanted to get to our destination. As compensation, they gave us a measly $15 food voucher. Honestly, save yourself the trouble and avoid booking with them.

    I was supposed to fly

    I was supposed to fly out, but my flight got delayed for three hours and then canceled late at night. The airline didn’t even cover a hotel stay. I had to scramble to find a place to sleep. To make it worse, the next available flight was two days later. I couldn’t wait that long, so I booked another ticket with a different airline for the next morning. Coming back home was no better. My flight got delayed again, and I had no idea when I’d actually get back. The whole experience was frustrating, and I felt like they didn’t care at all

    Flying with Frontier Airlines was a real mess. I tried checking in online and through their app, but both just kept glitching. When I got to the airport, I thought the staff would help, but they just ignored me. I had to explain my problem three times before anyone even considered helping me out and giving me my boarding pass. I mean, shouldn't getting basic assistance be a given? I felt like I was begging just to get on my flight. It was such a hassle and left me really disappointed. Definitely not flying with them again.

    I checked my backpack's size

    I checked my backpack's size against the airline's guidelines before my trip, thinking it would be fine as a personal item. But when boarding, they hit me with a $99 fee, saying it was too big. The backpack was just a regular one and easily fit under the seat. The staff weren't nice about it either, super rude actually. This was a frustrating experience, and I won’t choose this airline again. If you’re flying with them, bring a much smaller bag than they suggest, or you'll probably get charged extra. Really disappointed.

    You won't believe what happened

    You won't believe what happened to me last May. I was on a Frontier flight from DFW to LAX, and we just sat on the tarmac for 45 minutes, no updates or anything. Finally, they said the flight was overbooked and wouldn't take off until sorted. I decided to give up my seat, but only if I got a full refund. Nine months later, still nothing. I've been back and forth with my bank and Frontier, but no luck. It's been a nightmare. I wouldn't recommend flying with Frontier; they don't seem to care about their customers at all.

    I've been flying for over

    I've been flying for over 40 years and never had an experience like I did at the Punta Cana Airport. My connected flight had no buffer for delays, so when I arrived a bit late, I was stuck. The agent told me they close the counter an hour before the flight, no exceptions. With customs and passport control, making it in time was impossible. If this is how they handle things, I really think you should look for a different airline. They just don't seem to care about their passengers at all. Avoid if you can.

    I got a Barclays credit

    I got a Barclays credit card, but never actually used it. Suddenly, they hit me with an $89 membership fee. I was a bit late paying it, so I called them up. They apologized and agreed to cancel the card and the fee. I was ready to pay, but they said it was fine. Next thing I know, my FICO score drops by 100 points because they filed a negative credit report! I called to complain, but they wouldn’t fix it. This company is seriously shady and unfair. I’m done with Barclays for good.

    Flying with this airline was a bit of a mess. The planes felt old and we had a huge delay. Baggage fees? Ridiculously high. And don't even get me started on the customer service, it’s like they didn’t care at all. But hey, I did arrive at my destination safely with my luggage, so there's that. Though, with all the extra costs, it's definitely not budget-friendly. If you're just traveling light with a backpack or handbag, it might be okay, but I won't be using them again.

    I can't believe what happened

    I can't believe what happened with this airline. They tried to charge me for the same baggage on my fourth flight, even though I had flown with it three times before without any trouble. When I refused to pay, they just closed the gate and wouldn't let me board. Felt more like being treated like livestock than a passenger. Never experienced something so frustrating. The whole thing was a mess and really put me off. Not flying with them again, that's for sure.

    I was super excited about

    I was super excited about my $89 round trip with Frontier, but it turned into a nightmare. Everything seemed great until I got to the gate and realized I had to pay $300 for my 40-pound bag.     You won't believe the trouble I've had with this airline. Trying to get in touch with someone is like yelling into the void. No customer service number for regular folks, just the elite.     I tried booking a service, and it was honestly a mess. The process to get the code was long, and when I finally got it, it didn’t even work in the app. Super frustrating!     Really bad experience

    I had a really bad experience flying with this company. First, our flight was delayed by 4 hours. When we finally landed in Dallas, there was no one there to help us. They even asked us to pay to change our flight to Los Angeles, even though we were supposed to go to San Diego. The customer service was awful. It felt like they didn't care about helping us at all.
