    Flying with Frontier was a

Flying with Frontier was a nightmare. Our trip to San Juan got off to a terrible start when we found out at the airport that our flight was canceled. The staff offered a flight with a 16-hour layover two days later, but we found a direct flight online for the next day. Even then, they insisted it didn’t exist until we showed it on our phones. No compensation or hotel was offered, so we had to deal with a costly hotel room, Ubers, and a 12-hour wait at the airport. The seats on the plane were incredibly uncomfortable with minimal legroom. To make matters worse, our return flight was delayed by 5 hours because they didn’t have enough staff. Communication was awful, and the airport staff were unhelpful. Never flying Frontier again.

    Flying with Frontier was quite

Flying with Frontier was quite an unexpected adventure. I booked them last minute after my original flight got canceled. Right off the bat, being a non-American citizen meant I couldn’t check in online, so I had to fork out an extra $25 just to check in at Tampa. The seats were super cramped, and every little snack and drink came with a price tag, starting at $4.99. The return flight was a mix of chaos and confusion. We got delayed an hour because a flight attendant, who wasn’t in the best mood, kicked off a passenger for taking out his vape. To top it off, once we landed, we were stuck on the runway for 90 minutes. No water, lots of restless kids, and zero communication about what was going on. Not a trip I’d want to repeat.

It's chaos with a price tag

Imagine this: I'm at the airport with my two little ones, ages 5 and 8, and Frontier Airlines somehow splits our reservations without even letting me know. Total chaos. I'm asking for help, and the staff? Completely unbothered and cold. Then there's the luggage fiasco. I prepaid for our bags, but they tried to charge me again. Showed them my receipt, and they looked at me like I was speaking another language. Oh, and those seats I paid extra for? Didn't get them. We sat wherever we could squeeze in. Spent two hours on the phone with customer service, only to get robotic replies. And to top it all off, our return flight was delayed by two hours. Even if Frontier offered free flights, I'd pass. It's chaos with a price tag.

I've flown Frontier plenty of times without a hitch, but June 10th was a nightmare. Tried checking in online the night before my Florida trip, but the app kept glitching. Tried different browsers, no luck. Eventually called customer service. They said to just check in at the airport since they had some online issues. Got to the airport and surprise, the flight was canceled! No text, no email, nothing. Ended up booking another flight two hours away, had to call the rental car company and hotel to update them. On the way back, same problem. Couldn't check in, called customer service, and yup, that flight was canceled too. Drove another two hours to catch a different flight. Frontier, you seriously dropped the ball.

    I'd recommend steering clear

We had a nightmare with Frontier Airlines at Salt Lake City Airport. Our flight got delayed for hours, and nobody bothered to explain why. We kept asking the staff, but they just shrugged us off. It was really frustrating because we had planned this vacation and drove over three hours to catch the flight. The delay messed up our entire schedule, and by the time they decided to help us, the next flight was two days away. No hotel or meal vouchers were offered, nothing at all. We had to shell out $1,500 for new flights with another airline and cover hotel costs ourselves. Frontier's customer service was a joke and left us stressed and out of pocket. Never flying with them again, and I'd recommend steering clear.

    Let me tell you about

Let me tell you about my frustrating experience with this airline. I arrived at the airport more than two hours ahead of my flight, feeling prepared and ready. But then, security stops me, saying I hadn't checked in 24 hours prior. I mean, I bought the ticket less than 24 hours ago, how on earth was I supposed to check in that early? Trying to sort it out, I call customer service, who insists I "no-showed." I’m literally standing in the airport, way before my flight is scheduled, and they’re telling me this? All because of some ridiculous rule about check-in that I couldn't possibly follow. I was at my wits’ end, trying to explain the obvious to the agent, but it felt like talking to a wall. Total nightmare.

    I had an absolute nightmare

I had an absolute nightmare with Frontier Airlines, and it left me completely drained. After a delay with Delta, I was rebooked on Frontier, hoping to just get home. Instead, it was a disaster. They tried to charge me $204 for an overweight bag, even though their policy states it should be $75 to $100. When I questioned it, the gate agent got aggressive and, without any warning, canceled my ticket because I couldn't pay right away. They left me stranded and refused a refund. It was a scene of pure chaos, with other passengers facing similar treatment. It felt like they were preying on the exhausted and vulnerable. Honestly, it was a terrible experience that I wouldn't wish on anyone. Avoid them if you can.

Traveling with Frontier Airlines was an absolute nightmare for my family. On our way back from Buffalo to Atlanta, the flight was canceled over ten times from morning to afternoon. They kept us trapped on the plane for more than five hours, refusing to let anyone off without losing their ticket and luggage. It felt like being held hostage. No food, no water, no air—it was suffocating. The crew ignored us, and it got so hot that an elderly passenger had a seizure. Watching that was terrifying, and it could have been prevented. This isn't just bad service; it's a disgrace. Frontier treated us like cargo, not people. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone—choose another airline for your own safety and sanity.

    I had the worst experience

I had the worst experience with customer service at the airport recently. Even though I arrived at the gate 10 minutes before closing, they didn't let me board the flight because I forgot to check in. The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I don't understand where they find such unprofessional employees. After missing the flight, I realized I left my jacket and wallet in the sitting area. When I asked for help, the staff claimed they couldn't find it, but I eventually found it myself near the gate. It's hard to trust employees who act this way. When I tried to take pictures, they covered their ID badges. What are they hiding? This airline really needs to reevaluate their hiring practices.

Flying with Frontier was an absolute nightmare. The flight was delayed, but the real issue was the staff's behavior. I've never seen flight attendants be so rude and dismissive. Even with frustrated kids on board, they lacked any compassion and seemed to enjoy mocking us. And then the pilot? Unbelievable. He actually threatened a passenger just because she asked about how we were going to deboard without a bay crew and the Atlanta train shutting down soon. It was chaos. The attendant lied to the pilot, making everything worse. I will never fly with them again, and everyone on that flight deserves a full refund. Frontier, do better. Please hire professionals who actually care about their passengers.

    I thought getting Priority First

I thought getting Priority First Boarding with Frontier Airlines would make my trip a breeze, especially since I had an important film shoot in North Carolina the next day. But things went south fast. When boarding started, I showed up early, thinking I'd skip the line. Instead, I got told to print my e-ticket, even though I had it on my phone. Made me wait till everyone else was on. Then, outta nowhere, they bumped me off the flight! No reason, nothing. Just a cold “that’s policy.” It was late, and I was desperate. Asked for help, but they shrugged, saying they were just a third-party. Had to buy a last-minute $600 ticket with another airline. Frontier? Never heard back from them. Not cool at all.

    I had a rough trip

I had a rough trip with Frontier recently. My flight from San Diego to Tampa had a layover in Denver. Things went south when we landed in Denver; the departure process was chaotic, and we had to deplane onto the tarmac, which made us late for the connecting flight. That flight was 30 gates away, and we missed it. Next flight was in 10 hours! They gave us a $25 food voucher for the trouble, but I had already paid $138 for my luggage. Ended up booking another flight with a different airline to get home, costing even more money. After a 15-hour travel day through 4 airports, I filed a complaint, and customer service just sent me a copy-paste response. Worst experience ever. Avoid Frontier if you can.

    I had the worst experience

I had the worst experience with Frontier Airlines. My mother-in-law was rushed to the emergency room just before we were supposed to fly out. Since my husband holds power of attorney for her health, we had to cancel our trip. I called Frontier immediately and provided them with the POA. Instead of being understanding, they demanded a specific document from the doctor stating my husband needed to care for his mom for the next 90 days. Seriously? Asking for that when doctors are busy saving lives is just ridiculous. The POA already showed he could make healthcare decisions. Frontier's demands were completely unreasonable and added stress to an already tough situation. Never flying with them again.

Flying with Frontier Airlines was a mess. My flight from Las Vegas to Austin turned into a nightmare. We boarded, started taxiing, and then out of nowhere, the plane slammed the brakes. We ended up stuck on the plane for over an hour and a half before they finally let us off, and no one bothered to explain what was going on. The staff seemed like they didn’t have a clue—four different people told me four different things just to get my luggage. And this wasn’t a one-time thing; I had to rebook another trip because of a last-minute schedule change weeks before. I’ve already complained to the U.S. Department of Transportation. Seriously, save yourself the headache and choose a different airline.

    I landed in Tampa on

I landed in Tampa on Monday night with Frontier flight 2560, and what a chaotic experience that was! Arrived early with my elderly mom, thinking everything was sorted. Wrong! We ended up at terminal D instead of A, all because of some last-minute terminal changes. The place was a mess; earlier flights had caused a ripple of confusion, and the information on the screens didn’t match anything the staff was saying. Speaking of which, the staff were no help—rude and dismissive. When I mentioned my mom needed assistance, they just brushed me off. The boarding process was equally chaotic, with passengers for different flights getting mixed up. It was a stressful start to our trip, to say the least.

    Never flying with them again!

Flying with Frontier Airlines was a nightmare! My flight from Vegas to Reno got canceled out of the blue. They handed me a hotel and meal voucher, but only for one night in a dodgy area and just one meal. And then, they told me I couldn’t get another flight for four days! I had family plans and couldn’t wait that long, so I had to shell out $180 to book a flight with another airline the next day. Reaching customer service was a joke. No one to talk to on the phone, just a chat system where I waited over two hours with zero response. If your flight gets canceled, you're basically stuck. Frontier might be cheap, but when things go wrong, you're left in the lurch. Never flying with them again!

    Total disappointment

Flying with Frontier was a nightmare from start to finish. My journey from Washington to Phoenix, with a stop in Vegas, turned into a disaster. In Washington, we were stuck on the runway for what felt like forever, and no one bothered to tell us why. That delay meant I missed my connecting flight in Vegas. What did Frontier do? Not much. They offered replacement flights that stretched out to 17 hours instead of just 1. The staff? Completely unhelpful and seemed to care less about the chaos they caused. I was shuffled around without any real answers or solutions. This airline needs to seriously rethink how they treat their passengers. Never flying with them again. Total disappointment.

Flying with Frontier was a huge mistake, especially with a toddler in tow. Our flight to San José got axed last minute, leaving us scrambling through the airport. We eventually got some vouchers, but it was a long, exhausting night. On the way back, they lost my kid’s car seat. We ended up waiting at the airport until 2 AM, and then had to use a dodgy seat to get to a hotel. I had to buy a new car seat and shell out for an unexpected hotel stay and meals. Despite filing a claim with all the proof, Frontier just shut the case without a word. I even reached out to the DOT, but got nowhere. It’s frustrating and time-consuming. If you’re flying with kids, steer clear of Frontier.

Flying with this airline was a nightmare. I had three kids with me, one with special needs, and we were just five minutes late for check-in. They refused to let my niece board. It’s outrageous – an $800 ticket gone just like that. I’m a single working mom, and this felt like daylight robbery. To make matters worse, my own flight was delayed by four hours due to some maintenance check. That delay canceled my connecting flight for a quick trip to Florida for a birthday dinner. Poof, $350 vanished, plus the car rental costs. All they offered was a lousy apology, no rescheduling, nothing. This should be illegal! And they didn't even take off for another 50 minutes. Total mess.

Definitely reconsidering my options for the next trip.

So, I tried flying with Frontier, and let's just say it wasn't the best experience. The flight was delayed by 40 minutes for no clear reason, and the seats were incredibly uncomfortable. The announcements from the gate agent were hard to understand, which was a bit frustrating. They didn't even have a simple phone clip on the seats, which seems like a basic thing. I get that it's a budget airline, but adding a little cushion or a phone clip wouldn't break the bank. The check-in agent was surprisingly rude, seemed more interested in her phone than helping. Not impressed at all, hoping the pilots are more professional. Definitely reconsidering my options for the next trip.

I can't believe how terrible my recent experience was with this airline. Tried to check-in online using my PC and four different browsers, but nothing worked! Pages kept glitching and said my documents needed verifying, but the button to do so wasn't even a link. My profile had all the necessary info, yet I couldn't get past this step. Finally switched to their Android app, which got me to the check-in screen. Only then did it inform me that I needed a visa, 48 hours in advance! I was less than 24 hours from my flight. Absolute nightmare. And forget about talking to a human unless you're elite status or flying within 24 hours. Worst online airline experience ever!

I boarded my flight with Frontier, and just as we were settling in, they canceled it. The logistics for the overnight cancelation were handled smoothly, and they rebooked me for the next day. Plus, they handed out $100 vouchers to everyone, which seemed like a decent gesture at first. But trying to use that voucher turned into a nightmare. It doesn’t work properly during checkout, and I’ve wasted over 4 hours trying to get help from customer service through chat, WhatsApp, and phone. Conversations keep dropping, and I have to start all over again. It’s beyond irritating, and honestly, I’m ready to let those vouchers go rather than deal with this mess.

Got the Barclays card, all excited about those Frontier perks—big mistake. Couldn't link the benefits to my Frontier miles account. Supposed to get free bags, 60,000 miles, and free seats after spending $3,000. Instead, the account linked to some random number, not ours. Frontier doesn't take calls unless you're elite, and we’re not matched with an elite number, so we’re stuck. Thought the Go Wild Pass ($600) might help—wrong. Logged in countless times; no flights I want are available under the pass. Had it for over a month, not a single flight taken. Barclays says they can’t do anything. Total scam, super frustrating experience. Avoid at all costs!

Had a nightmare of a trip both ways. My first flight got delayed over 3 hours, and they wouldn't refund me even though there's a law saying they must. When I pointed out the effective date of the law, they just shrugged it off. On my return flight, the app wouldn’t let me check in, and the staff at the desk claimed they couldn't help me, even though the flight was still an hour away. Let me tell you about my experience with this airline. We booked our flights three months ahead, all set for a great trip. Then, out of nowhere, we get an email saying our flight's delayed just under three hours. Seriously? They found a loophole with the new law about reimbursing for delays over three hours. This change totally messed up our travel plans. Asked for a refund since the trip was planned so far in advance, but they only offered a credit with an expiration date. What a joke. This sneaky tactic to avoid compensating passengers means I’m never flying with them again. Trying to save money with this airline turned out to be a huge mistake.

Imagine this: It's a chilly Monday morning, and I'm at SFO, ready to board my flight. Suddenly, the flight gets cancelled just 90 minutes before departure, without a single explanation. The next available flight? Four days later. Over 100 of us were stuck, scrambling for alternatives. I had to cough up $450 for a new ticket to rush back home to my sick kid. Booking a ticket with this

Booking a ticket with this airline was a nightmare. The website was designed to trick you into adding extra services, like some kind of click bait. I'd heard bad things about them, and boy, were they right. Hidden charges, unfriendly staff, and their baggage policy is a joke. They claim certain dimensions, but their baskets at the gate are smaller. My bag met their listed size requirements, but it still didn’t fit. The whole experience felt like a scam from start to finish. They lure you in with cheap flights, but by the time you add all the necessary extras, you're paying way more than a standard airline. I got the Go Wild

I got the Go Wild Pass thinking it'd be a great deal, but it turned out to be a huge disappointment. You’re pretty much left hanging with domestic flights confirmed just a day before, and international ones only ten days ahead. It’s a nightmare trying to plan anything without knowing if you’ll have a return flight. Layovers are ridiculously long, like 12 to 48 hours! And more than half the places they say you can fly to aren’t even an option. The worst part? You can't even speak to a real person. It's all through email or chat, and it feels like they’re dodging real contact. Definitely not worth the hassle or the hype. Avoid this pass!

I gotta say, dealing with Frontier is a whole new level of frustrating. I thought Spirit was bad, but Frontier really takes the cake. Imagine waiting on chat for over an hour, just to have an AI bot ping you every 10 minutes. And then, poof, they just disconnect the chat. It's like they don't want to talk to us at all! There's no phone number to call, no chat that actually works, nothing. It feels like they care more about making money than actually helping their customers.
