Russell from Reservations helped me with the issue I had regarding my flight. I received a message about changes to both my outbound and return flights. Russell offered alternatives, suggesting I fly from a different airport, which had a better schedule and a cheaper fare overall. Since I’m traveling with a senior and children, he took those factors into account and managed to lower the cost to something I could afford. He also confirmed the new itinerary. Russell was professional, patient, and polite. He explained everything clearly. I would definitely recommend him any time.

Michelle was amazing when I called her the other day in a hurry. I needed her to arrange a flight for my son to get back to Portland, Oregon. She quickly booked his flight and handled everything I asked for. She got him a wheelchair, checked him in, and all he had to do was go to the counter. My son was unwell and needed extra help. He made it home safely, all thanks to Michelle. She’s like a lifesaver to me. She definitely deserves a metal!! Thank you Michelle!!! You rock!

My flight got canceled and Priceline gave no support

My flight got canceled and Priceline gave no support, saying I couldn't contact Alaska for help. After 2 weeks of getting nowhere, I reached out to Alaska and spoke with Samuel. He was wonderful and so kind, sorted out my refund, and helped me book new flights. Thanks a lot for your assistance!

Had to adjust my current booking. Reaching out to the agent was easy. The agent was quick to respond, courteous, and understanding. He took his time and made sure everything was sorted out. His name is SAMUEL. It’s hard to come across someone as good as him.

I just got my plane tickets with Dyson and he was really nice and also very calm while helping me with my trip.

Victor tried his best to assist me

Victor tried his best to assist me, but a lot of the issues came from Frontier. Their site indicated my refund was one amount, while Victor found it was $100 less. I had to wait longer for Victor to sort out the mix-up caused by Frontier's site. I might not choose Frontier again. Still, Victor was helpful and managed to get me a new confirmation number and extra luggage on board despite the trouble.
