Travelo1.comBooked a ticket with this company and received a phone call a few minutes later stating the reservation couldn't be processed and that the cost of the ticket would be almost 5 times the original price. We understood and asked that the reservation be cancelled. We were told that was fine, the reservation would be canceled and credit card would not be charged. A few hours later, we began receiving calls from them saying they could book a different ticket to a different location (about 1 hour from original destination) for still a higher price, but less than originally quoted. Told them No, thank you. They began calling today and insisted that they were going to keep the original reservation and were going to charge credit card. We said No, you are not going to charge us, we're tired of your phone calls and do not want to do business with you any longer. We still aren't sure if they were trying to say they made a mistake the first time (in quoting us the higher price) and could honor the original reservation or they were just saying they were still going to charge the $190.00 for whatever reason.

Delta.comI had a bit of a rough time with Delta recently. My flight got canceled, which was frustrating enough, but then they asked me to share my thoughts. I figured, why not, right? So, I took the time to explain what happened and how it affected my plans. But guess what? They didn’t bother to respond or even acknowledge what I shared. It felt like talking to a wall. If you’re gonna ask for feedback, at least have the courtesy to listen and respond. Ignoring customers isn’t a great look, and it just leaves a bad taste. I hope they figure out how to handle these things better in the future.
