After trying several event planning platforms, I came across Event Bookings. I needed something simple and cost-effective for my club event, so I decided to give it a shot. I have to say, Event Bookings worked really well for me. The process of setting up the event was quick and easy. What stood out the most was the seating arrangement feature. In other services, you usually have to pay extra for this, but here, it was included for free. That was a nice surprise. I managed to set up an event page without spending a penny. No other platform offers this kind of feature for free. I plan to organize small events every few months for our local club, and I'll definitely use this service again and recommend it to others.

I've worked with this platform two times so far to plan events with more than 100 attendees, and honestly, it’s fully worth the cost. For my second event, I ran into some problems setting things up the evening before our tickets were supposed to be available. But the support team was really helpful during the whole thing, giving me advice and support to fix the situation fast. They handled my issue right away. I will definetly use the platform again!

Switched to Event Bookings after using

Switched to Event Bookings after using Eventbrite for 9 years because Eventbrite’s support system wasn’t great—only a Bot available. Since I’m not very good with tech, I found their team easy to talk to, and they even called me to guide me step by step. Monzurul provided great help, and now I feel more confdent handling and managing my events.

EventBookings is a more affordable choice

EventBookings is a more affordable choice, but it comes with some downsides. Their system isn't very automated and seems to rely a lot on manual work, which slows things down. For instance, I paid an invoice weeks ago and am still receiving reminders that it's overdue, which is a bit odd. I also had to refund an event, and it took over a week for someone at EventBookings to process everything manually. It’s not ideal if you're in a rush. If you’re looking for a smoother experience and better customer support, I’d recommend EventBrite instead.
