    Had a nice time at Radisson Blu Viking

    Had a nice time at Radisson Blu Viking hotel in Stockholm for three nights. Good stay overall. Melina at check-in was helpfull and a good representitive for your hotels.

    The hotel team was nice, always made sure I felt welcome. The room arrangement was great and tidy, very clean! The swimming pool, oh my gosh, had a wonderfull time.

    They didn’t care about my issue at all and refused to help, so this is what I said I’d do. 1. They don’t assign a person to handle a customer case. So, every time I reply, I get someone new who doesn’t know what’s going on. 2. They change policies without informing the customer. I was supposed to get VIP status at the end of the year, but they reset the calculator in October due to some new rule. I didn’t get the VIP, and they didn’t seem to care. 3. The nights AREN’T AUTOMATICALLY RECORDED. I had to argue and show them the booking, even though it was already in my app history. 4. Did I mention they don’t even bother to remember or spell my name right? Don’t waste your time with them. The customer is NEVER right. This is my final stay with this hotel brand. No interest in helping, no effort to resolve anything. They just give the corporate response and shut you down. Boycott them.

    Total disappointment!!

    Total disappointment!! Stayed 6 nights in Dubai, with room service twice each day. Yet, even with all the information I gave, my points weren't granted. I sent a copy of the booking several times. I was even told by Eugene that the points would arrive by 19th June. That day passed, and still no points were added! I won’t be staying at a Radisson again or suggesting it to anyone!

    Spent three nights at Radisson Blu

    Spent three nights at Radisson Blu, and signed up for rewards on the last day—yet those nights weren’t added to my account since I wasn’t a member from the start. Later, stayed a night in Amsterdam and gave my member number at check-in, but still didn’t get any points. Tried reaching out, only to hear I had no credits. Deleted their app; won’t be returning!
